Simon was just looking around at all the students who would be his bandmates when there was a tug on his arm and Haley pulled him to the side quickly. She snapped at him, asking what he was doing there and he felt a little confused. He had signed up to be part of the band, thinking it would not only be an enjoyable experience due to his love of music but also a good way to see more of Haley. She had replied back with a note telling him the time and the place to be so therefore, she had agreed to it.
Just as he was about to ask her what she was talking about, Cash Ironwoods ran up to Haley and engulfed her into a hug. Then others filtered in and Loki came and approached him. "Sorry, dude, Rascal is up being lazy in his hammock in the dormitory," he said to the cat as he reached down to pat it's head a couple of times. He knew the cat was always eager to see him, not so much because of Simon himself, but rather because sometimes he had his rat with him - the same rat who once belonged to Alexa Mackenzie and was one of Loki's best friends.
He was saved as more entered and were instructed to introduce himself. As the first began to talk, he went to put in a name into the suggestions. Pygymy Puff Riot. (PPR for short.) He could just see a crazy mess of purple and pink fluff as they bounded up and down and causing a riot. It was amusing to him.
When it seemed to be his time to introduce himself, he gave everyone a smile and glanced at each one of them. "Sup," he said as he began to think about what to say. It wouldn't be some poetic sort of thing, but just a casual sort of introduction which is what it should be for his fellow bandmembers. He wouldn't want to hear something rehearsed from them, but just be genuine.
"I'm Simon Kincaid, a second year in the house of Hufflepuff. Music. I like writing it, composing it, singing it, dancing to it. I've played the piano since about three and the guitar since about five. Music has kind of always been my thing. I'm looking forward to this and hope we all vibe well and rock out Hogwarts."

She was late, late! How could she have forgotten? She fumbled with her shoe laces, only tangling the converse. She threw her hands up in frustration and left them untied. She bolted out the common room down stairs, all the way to the rehearsal room, hoping she hadn't screwed up. They would understand, right? She had been playing with her cat and time flew by way to fast. She opened the door and came to a stop, catching her breath. "I am- " Huff "so sorry I'm late. I didn't realize the time-"[/color] She stood up straight and collected herself. She walked over to the group and let them continue, feeling quite embarrassed. So much for a good impression. Now that she was here, she kneeled down to tie her shoes as she listen to everybody introduce themselves. When it came to her, she stood up. "I'm Reena Delgado. First year Gryffindor. I started playing the drums when I was about... err- I think 4. Well, as 4 I was playing with pots and pans and annoying the heck out of my parents."[/color] She laughed with a shrug. " Then I joined my school band as the drummer. It was sort of more marching band style than free style, but I begged my parents to by me a real drum set. I got one in the basement and I go free style there all the time. So I really love playing music." From what she understood, there was another drum player here. Reena lived to play the drums, but that didn't mean she couldn't do other stuff. "I can also sing, I suppose. I don't do it much but Im decent." She smiled again. She totally nailed that, right? It didn't matter if she was late. Nope.

Cash let out a grin when they think they saw a tint of blush after the green eyes kissed the back of Lucky's hand. Slowly but surely all the members filled up the room. While the others wrote down name suggestions for the band, Cash tried to come up with something but ended up with nothing. Whatever name the group comes up with for the band, it surely will be great.
As the other was still busy scribbling down band names, Cash took Lucky's lead and occupied one of the chairs that had been prearranged. Once the name suggestion had been ended, Haley addressed the group. The redhead started the next session which is introducing oneself to others. Once Haley has done with her introduction, Kim followed Haley's lead.
Then it was Lucky, Simon, and when Cash was about to open their mouth another member came into the room. After tying her shoes, she introduced her name, her house, and what year she belongs. Reena also explained how she got into music. Then a silence blanketed the group. For a minute or so Cash did not realize it is time for them to introduce themselves.
Their green eyes bounced from Haley to the latest newcomer. Cash did not feel like sharing a lot about themselves. But since everybody doing so, Cash had no other option but to follow the example. "The name is Cash,"The third year began their introduction. Cash did not mean to be so cold or rude but they were kinda not into the whole warm story why did they into and fell in love with music in the first place.
"Third year, Slytherin,"They expressed."For those who know me, you know who I am."The Beater continued on. "I play guitar, piano - mother taught me that -, and my vocal range is a mezzo-soprano,"The young socialite added. Talking about music and their parents opened old wounds and another sob story that Cash rather not talk about or share with anyone here.
Besides, the others were strangers to the Cuban descent and they did not feel comfortable with them yet. The only one that Cash know within the group is Haley and Henry. "Let's see what missing from that,"Cash smirked mischievously. "Oh! I can play by the ear and have an excellent pitch perfect,"The young Ironwoods conclude.
When Cash was done with their barely-there introduction, they nudge their best mate. "The floor is yours, H,"They informed Henry. "Color me impressed with your story, mate,"Cash let out a teasing grin and bumped their shoulder against Henry in a friendly manner.

Haley listened intently as the members began to introduce themselves. Some she had to listen to attentively, others she knew a lot about before they said it. First Kim began, Haley smiled at him while he told her about himself and the music, then Lucinia Lucky introduced herself. Haley didn't know why, but somehow she already liked the girl. She was cute and had a lot to offer. Haley couldn't help but giggle at the ending of her introducing. "Thanks Lucky!"
Simon was the one who took the next part and redeemed Lucky. She listened to him, of course, but only with one ear. She knew him, probably better than anyone else in the room and she knew what he had to offer musically.
After Simon had finished introducing himself, the last member stormed into the room, Haley had already expected she had change her mind but now here she was. "Don't worry!" she assured the girl, who introduced herself as Reena.
Next it was Cash's turn, and they chose few words for their introductions. As brief as possible, Haley grinned as Cash was finished with like 5 words. "Thanks for the embellished introduction." Haley joked, winking at them. "Thank you all for the brief introductions!"
Haley now went to the pot with all the band names and wrote them on the Flip-Chart behind her. It wasn't long before everyone had assigned their vote to a name and Haley could happily announce the name of the chaotic group. (This happened OOC) "So, I guess we can call ourselves The Heartbreakers now!" Haley shook her head laughing, but was thrilled with the name.
"Since I don't want to take you guys too long for the first meeting, I'll try to do the rest real quick now. I've had a few thoughts about the line-up and I'd like to introduce them to you." Haley now turned over the flip chart on which she had been taking notes as the others distributed their votes for the band name.
"I hope this is okay with you all, but if you still have something on your mind, feel free to come back to me separately after the meeting. As we are still at the beginning, we will concentrate on covers before we start songwriting. Therefore I would like you to send me a list of your 5 favourites that you would like to practise with the band before the next meeting. When the next meeting will be, I will let you know in time and until then we are finished with our first meeting. Thank you for your time and your passion. Haley didn't know why, but by the end of the goodbyes she was getting nervous. She couldn't gauge if she had done a good job as Club Founder, but she really hoped so. She was already looking forward to the song proposals and the next meeting of the Heartbreakers.

Of course, appearances could be deceiving as he well knew from personal experiences. But for now, he'd try and see the positive side of things. Unless, his paranoid got in the way later on down the line. As Haley went over to write down the ideas for names for their band on the Flip-Chart, Kim noted the one that had the most votes. It was pretty cool and he liked it and apparently the majority did too. When the rest of her notes were revealed Kim nodded as Haley spoke about how they should come to her to talk privately after if they had questions for her about any of this. Covers of songs. It made sense and Kim thought about it for a few seconds. There were many of them out there. Quietness was one he wouldn't mind doing a cover of, it was a really sweet sounding song and one he really liked to listen to. Although, that one was a duet and not a group song, did they need to figure out group songs? He'd have to give it some thought and talk to Haley some more about this later too. Most of the ones he knew were Asian and he wasn't sure if that would be fine with the others. If it was, he could come up with a few really good awesome songs. If not, he'd have to do some research and find some alternatives. Later on, once everyone had left, Kim approached Haley to ask a few questions. They were general questions. "Do they have to be group songs or can they be any in particular? Also, do they have to be in English?" Kim asked, curious as to what kind of songs Haley had in mind. Soon after, Kim left the place, looking forward to seeing what the next meeting would bring to the table. ────────────────────── ㅤ ㅤ──────────────────────
