September Goosebumps Meeting
IC Date: September 24, 2022 at 7:06 AM.
This is just temporary… my first draft
Baileys outfit!Waking up, Bailey looked at her watch. 5:57 A.M. It was a little earlier than usual, but she had things to prepare for the Goosebumps Club meeting, which was in little over an hour. She was slightly regretting having the meeting at 6:66 A.M. (well, technically 7:06 A.M., if people figured that out)
Hopefully people figure it out.. I would hate for them to think that the meeting isn’t happening. Bailey thought worriedly. She and Sienna, her new con-owner of the goosebumps club, had send out an owl to all of the club members the previous day, informing them about the meeting.
Getting up and dressed, Bailey pulled on a green and black plaid skirt, grey sweater, gold and emerald jeweled headband, black boots with green laces, and a black pearl necklace. Definitely darker than her usually like colors, but she wanted something more appropriate for the Goosebumps meeting.
Heading down to breakfast, Bailey grabbed three chocolate croissants and slipped two of them into a cloth napkin and into her bag- one croissant for her co-owner, Sienna and one for Kim, who would probably be grumpy with her for having the meeting so early. Bailey knew the way to Kim’s heart/ through good food. And this is why Bailey also had a piece of her triple chocolate scones from the package her mum had just sent her in her bag.
Smiling, Bailey made her way to the ball room. Bailey had decorated the previous night, so the large room was covered with black and green streamers, and a poster that said “Goosebumps Club” was hanging in the wall.
Setting up the food on a table, Bailey poured a container of cranberry juice with a container of sparkling water. This made edible blood, as featured in the September edition of The Scream!
Sitting on a chair, Bailey ate her croissant and opened her book. Reading, Bailey waited till the members starting showing up.
Glancing at her watch, Bailey saw that it was 7:00 AM. The meeting officially started in six minutes, and everything was set up! Turning back to her book, Bailey waited for everyone to show up!

September Goosebumps Meeting
Marcel had decided to sleep in for once, getting up at 6:45 instead of his usual 5:30. He liked watching the sunrise, but he deserved the rest, especially at the beginning of the school year. He stretched, combed his hair, got dressed, grabbed his notebook and messenger bag, and made it down the stairs to the Ravenclaw Common Room. It was empty, and it was quite weird seeing it as such. However, there was not too much time to gawk. He needed to get down to the ballroom. First meeting of the year, after all. He wanted to make a good impression, especially since he was a third year now. Yes, he wouldn't be respected until later years, but still! He knew where things were by now! Speaking of knowing where things were, the ballroom. He swung by the Great Hall, fixed himself an egg sandwich (Egg, Cheddar Cheese, mayo and mustard on toast), and hurried to the ballroom. He stepped in, checking his watch. 7:01. Early. However, he wasn't there alone. Glancing across the room, he saw a familiar blonde... "Bailey?" He rushed forward, grinning. "How are you? It's been so long, I really should consider owling you over the summer! How is term so far?" It was nice to have a friend, he decided. There was no way he would be this cheerful to a random stranger.

September Goosebumps Meeting
Pacing the room, Bailey glanced at her watch.

7:00 AM and 30 seconds. 7:00 AM and 40 seconds. 7:00 AM and 50 seconds. 7:01 AM.
Then she heard someone approaching.
Looking up, Bailey saw Marcel walk through the door!
Seeing him made her smile, and so did what he said. Aww he thought about owling me!
As he rushing in, grinning at her bai sky smiled at him and said “Hey Marcel! I’m great! I meant to owl you and other people, but being in Poland with no Owl Posts around made that really hard. I barely managed to send Kim an owl. But term is going well! I’m happy to be back with everyone, though I do miss my family. And I’m adjusting to being co owner of the club- something i unexpectedly now co own with Sienna.”
Taking a deep breath, Bailey let it spit and smiled again. “How are you though? How was your summer? Did you go to summer camp? How is your term going?”
Realizing that she should stop pelting Marcel with questions, Bailey shut herself up and fiddled with her flower ring.
Looking Marcel up and down, Bailey said “I move your outfit! Especially your converses! I love the color!! It really makes your outfit… pop!”

September Goosebumps Meeting
Keith was enjoying his slumber when he felt the urge to wake up. He shot up, "Oh frick, I'm going to be late!" He jumped out of bed and ran to his trunk. "What to wear? What to wear?" He said to himself. He thought about what would be a good look for the club, maybe that green and silver hoodie his parents got him. Yeah, that would work, what about pants? Should he wear pants or shorts? Shorts are a no-go, pants it is. He looked through his stack of pants, blue was a no, tan, um... no. Maybe gray, then he found his black pair.
Keith threw on the hoodie and the black pants. He wasn't going to wear shoes, cause shoes were overrated. He grabbed his notepad, in case he had to take notes, you never know when notes will come in handy.
Keith made his way out of his dorm and out of the Gryffindor common room. He walked down the stairs to the fourth floor and made his way to the ballroom.
He finally arrived and saw Bailey and someone else there. "Hey I hope I'm not late" Keith waved to Bailey, and smiled at the other person.

September Goosebumps Meeting
Chatting with Marcel, Bailey went over and grabbed a breakfast sandwich from the buffet of sorts she had set up. She was saving the other half of her chocolate croissant for later.
When Keith came in, Bailey smiled and waived.
“Hey Keith! No you’re not late! How are you?”
Noting his notebook, she asked
“Is that one of the sketchbooks you mentioned the day I met you? Your drawing I’m sure are insane! Maybe you could help me illustrate and edit the Scream!”
When she mentioned the scream, Bailey pointed to the September edition which she had a stack of on one of the many tables.
Turning back to her breakfast sandwich, Bailey settled into her chair. Then she sprung up again.
“I totally forgot to introduce you guys! Keith, this is Marcel, Marcel, this is Keith! Sorry I’m a little scatterbrained this morning. Only slightly regretting my, well our, decision to have the meeting at 6:66 AM.”
Settling in the chair, bailey glanced at her watch and saw that it was 7:05 AM.
or 6:65 AM. I wonder is anyone going to notice or wonder why the meetings at 7:66 AM? Who’s going to put it together… Bailey wondered, watching the door waiting for more people to arrive.

Keith walked over to Bailey, "I'm glad I'm not late! It's cool how you said the time for the meeting, I hope others can figure out what it means." Keith was excited to meet new people, and he was excited for new friends, hopefully. Keith looked at their outfits, " You two look awesome! I wonder what the others will wear."

ㅤ──────────────────────| ── | It was September. The start of the fall season and yet it was still so hot outside. As a result, Kim was still wearing summer clothes. Currently, the white haired boy was wearing a sleeveless white shirt with palm tree designs on it, and a pair of black slacks. The usual accessories donned his neck, ears, wrists and fingers. But this particular morning was not a nice one for him. Because Bailey who had taken over the Goosebumps Club, as Noah had told her it had been too much for him to handle lately, was holding her first meeting as its leader at 7AM in the morning for some reason. Kim had a sneaking suspicion this had to do with something Noah had told her before. So, he would set her on the right track. Kim entered the ballroom, an interesting choice for a location, and glanced around to spot Bailey there along with two other boys. One of which he recognized as being a member who rarely showed his face at the club's meetings. The other was a first year, if he remembered correctly the boy's name was Keith. He'd met him earlier, sometime directly after the MAC had ended. Kim and Bailey had been talking together about what to do for the first PMC meeting of the year and Keith had come across them. Normally, Kim would have brought some kind of snack/sweet. But not this early in the morning time. He felt a little disgruntled, especially since he believed this was all Noah's fault and not Bailey's at all. "Ow!" Kim exclaimed as he banged his shin on the door. Yes, he was also very clumsy in the morning because he wasn't entirely awake yet. Although, that pain had made him a lot more awake than he'd bee a few seconds ago. Puffie was sitting on top of his shoulder, having gotten on without Kim even being aware of it at the time. And the pink puffball was looking at his surroundings with bright eyes. He didn't even have his satchel with him, that was how out of it he was. Thankfully, he'd at least been able to get dressed and looked pretty good for not being awake. He didn't even notice the table or food and refreshments on the table. All that he saw was Bailey, Marcel and Keith. "Yo..." Kim murmured, his voice low as his eyes fluttered a little. Even in this state, his trademark greeting was given to those present in the room. Although, this time it was a bit lackluster and not as energetic as it usually tended to be. Kim's brain wasn't really working at the moment and he lingered, or rather hovered around the door frame. It was as if he'd forgotten where he was. Puffie squeaked at him as he hopped over to nuzzle Kim's bare neck. ────────────────────── ㅤ ㅤ──────────────────────

Smiling at Keith, Bailey said “Thanks! You look great cool! And that’s awesome! I do need to find someone who can draw better than I can to draw us a new logo.”
When Keith went to try the drink, and liked it, baileys mind was cheering. People didn’t know it, but she was rarely paid an honest complement.
“Thanks Keith! That really means a lot!”
Blushing a little, she smiled even wider when he said that the time thing was clever. It had been a last minute idea, and she was glad it worked.
Looking up when Kim entered, or rather, stood in the doorway, clearly 99% asleep, Bailey cracked another smile.
a, I don’t think he knows I’m responsible for the early morning, and b, aww he’s so cute when he’s tired
Laughing to herself, Bailey walked over to Kim and wrapped him in a hug.
“Aww is poor Kimmie tired?” she teased, and then smiled again.
“Don’t worry, since i- well Sienna and I, decided to have the meeting so early, I thought I’d bring you a chocolate croissant.”
Bailey handed the croissant to Kim, and then walked back into the room.
Looking back over she shoulder, she continued “I also decided to go all out, so … feel free to help yourself to the variety of food I’ve made. Also…” Bailey rummaged in her bag, and then pulled out a bottle of brown liquid.
“I got a spare bottle of my mums vanilla extract in the package I got with a bunch of this food yesterday, and thought I’d give it to you!”

September Goosebumps Meeting
Two people he didn't recognize filed in, one after the other, and Marcel froze on the spot.
Ah. The thing he feared most about clubs. People. Though, he smiled upon hearing Bailey's compliment. He did try very hard on his outfit.
His hands started to shake nervously. He could hear Bailey introducing him to someone, but the words were far away, distant, as if underwater.
Oh, dear lord, not now...
He knew he had a nerve problem, but it depended on... Well, a lot of things. The time of day. How much he had eaten. How he had prepared. It was first thing in the morning, he's had only a sandwich, and while he did prepare, he didn't prepare what to say in front of new people. He tried his best to ground himself, taking a deep breath, eyes darting around behind his glasses.
Easy, Marce, you're ok... Deep breaths, remember Michael's exercises...
Bailey mentioned something about food. He probably should try to eat something. After all, he had only had a sandwich. He slowly walked over to the table on the side of the wall, blinking slowly. Hopefully, he wasn't lost in thought for too long. He'll eat a bit, and rejoin the conversation... hopefully with more success.

ㅤ──────────────────────| ── | Two things jolted him out of his stupor. Puffie nuzzling his neck and Bailey hugging him. Wait, what was going on? Kim blinked, trying to focus. The first touch he'd felt had been furry, that was Puffie. The second had been a form of a hug? Ah, Bailey. Wait, what was he holding in his hand right now? Did he have something in his hand before? Kim stared stupidly at the chocolate croissant that was in his hand at the moment. Right, that was for eating, and his stomach suddenly growled out of nowhere. He placed it into his mouth and bit off some of the delicious treat, chewing mechanically as he ate the morsel Bailey had given him. Tasty chocolate goodness melted onto his tongue. Kim's lips twitched a bit. Almost as if he was unconsciously smiling into the croissant, at least his mood was getting better. Bailey knew how to make him happier that was for sure. Kim was starting to wake up and as she pulled out a bottle of brown liquid, he let his blue eyes flicker over it. "Ah, thank you." He said, taking the bottle and went to put it into his satchel, only to discover he didn't have it with him. A sigh escaped Kim's lips and he carefully stored the bottle into his left pocket, having no other choice. As long as no one tackled him before he made it to the dorms, it would be just fine. Puffie suddenly hopped off his shoulder. The pink pygmy puff then hopped over towards the lone member that seemed a bit nervous and squeaked. It was a normal squeak, the type of squeak Puffie usually did to greet others. But it was obvious that the tiny creature wanted to get a reaction out of Marcel. He wanted to either be pet or picked up! ────────────────────── ㅤ ㅤ──────────────────────
