POLICIES
☞ A 50% down payment is required for creative services. First years do not have to pay the down payment, but instead pay in full after they are satisfied. Second years and up must pay the down payment
☞ If not satisfied with a creative service you do not owe the rest of the fee(s), but also do not get the product
☞ Divination readings must be paid in full before service can be done
☞ Be patient with divination readings as they can take some time to interpret
☞ Reminder that I have no control over what the cards have to say, so don't take your frustrations out on me
☞ Do not send your payment before I have reached out to you, just in case you change your mind on a service
☞ First years cannot give money, so instead they can trade or give an item as payment
☞ If you need any edits to your purchase, you may owl me. The cost for an edit will depend on the service you bought, but typically it will be about 5-10 knuts for an edit
☞ If you no longer wish for my (creative) services, then please let me know

So the price of a Banner is 10 sickles, which is what you earn daily in the Common room. However, being a first year you cannot give money, so you will have to trade/give an item instead.

I believe headmaster means for your divination service. It askes for IRL name/ nickname and age. The age is optional, as you said, but it really is unnecessary and harms the amnesty of the people behind the characters. We are here to play as the characters- this is an IC or In Character role playing site, and though the shops are out of character all of the services are for our characters. Please let me or the staff know if you have any more questions. You can also check Here if you have any concerns or questions- most are answered there.
