I don't like stringy cheese that is melted that's mozzerella though like pizza.
Why?
Because it feels as if I'm going to choke on it... and I freak out lollol.
But mozzerella cheese sticks and balls that aren't hot/melted are delicious!

Oh, they make these kind of crunchy cheese ball things. Not like cheetos, but actual cheese! Usually you can find them in the grocery where they have stuff for keto. It's just cheese and they're crunchy!
