We're All Dumb, Anyways PV Closed

"It's fine Aurelia. I ignored the warnings given in flying class. I shouldn't have sped so fast." Now that the game was over she could sit back down. Eri walked over to the cot and sat down. "I really am grateful.  Thank you Ami for helping me get up here. It's really great that I got away with broken fingers, bruised ribs, and a sprained ankle. I could have gotten hurt worse." She said then she looked at the Ami. "How is the announcer?" He was still unconscious. Eri really hoped he would be okay. Since she landed on him from a big height.

The brunette looked at the splints on her hands. They would heal soon. She can't seem to not hurt that ankle. It's the second time she had hurt that ankle this year. Once running through the halls second falling from her broom. She was glad that her ribs weren't broken. At least nobody else was hurt very badly though. Some people got bruised. She hoped all the people who got hit by the bludgers would be fine. "Aurelia are you going to be fine? You took a bludger to the back and it looked like it hurt."

If Kaegen hadn’t used the announcer as a human cushion for Eri, the girl probably would be in a comma right now or even dead. The Gryffindor boy must have taken quite a hit. She hoped that he would be alright, she didn’t want anyone else to have gotten seriously injusred because of the game, the pick up match she herself had organised.

“Yes, I’m going to be alright, the Nurses seem busy with the announcer boy. He certainly need more attention than I do. I can wait.” Aurelia stated. Eri was right, the areas where the bludgers has hit hurt a lot. Aurelia lifted up her shirt, it revealed an ugly bruise already turning a disgusting shade of purple. It might take weeks to heal.

Aurelia let go of the shirt, the fabric dropped and covered the wound underneath it. She shrugged, “I guess we’re all dumb anyways.” Aurelia couldn’t deny that her first quidditch game was quite fun even though it had ended badly. She also found out that she wasn’t that good of a beater even though she had the strenght to manuever the ball easily. She would need to keep practicing.

“Did you enjoy the game, even though it didn’t turn out well?” Aurelia asked.

"Yes!" Ami said enthusiastically, in response to Aurelia's question. "Wow, there aren't really any words that can describe it properly. It was really fun, I'm really glad you asked me to play," she said with a wide smile, meaning it with all of her heart. Even if it had ended badly, the game with quite fun, and a nice change of pace in their everyday lives. After all, school could get boring every once in a while- why not spice it up once in a while?

She'd met/seen a lot of new face on the field, as well, and getting to know her classmates was always a bonus. There were just too many people at Hogwarts, how on earth could you possibly keep track of them all? There needed to be a phone book, an address book, or something. Really, too many kids.

"We should do it again, sometime, once everyone gets better," Ami suggested excitedly, pumped up at the thought of another potential Quidditch game. She'd have to practice first, though, but another game sounded really cool to her. While she wouldn't say she was obsessed, necessarily, she had certainly grown fond of the sport during the pickup game, and would certainly have enjoyed playing it again.
