Having unpacked most of her things, Bea came to sit on one of the chairs in the middle of the room, facing the other two girls who had already sat down, Eos on her lap. Even though she could have put the rabbit in the pet area with the other girls animals, Bea liked her by her side. It was a comfort, especially since the rest of this camp was expected to get hectic. Bea realised she had signed up for an extraordinary amount of activities. It had been the excitement, with all the other students around her milling about and chattering excitedly, Bea had gotten excited too and placed her name on so many different lists.

She sat, stroking Eos' fur as the game started. Eliza, she was sure it was Eliza, started the game. With a nice one Bea was glad to find. Sometimes these sorts of games could get nasty or embarrassing. "Same!" She called out to Eliza's phrase. Bea had never been to camp, muggle or magical. Perhaps that was why she had gotten carried away with the activities? Her Da had always said that her sister and her should attend some form of social gathering with other kids their age, but Ma hadn't thought it a good idea. What if they had an instance of magic around muggle kids? Or worse, muggle adults? Ma had decided to homeschool the two Langstreth children, and by most means keep the two away from big muggle social gatherings without parental supervision. So yes, this was the first time that Bea had been truly away from home apart from school, and she was going to take full advantage of that.

Trying to remember the rules of the game, Bea assumed now that she 'had never' done the thing being said, that it was her turn. Standing up, she placed Eos on her chair, the golden rabbit twitching her nose as Bea walked into the middle of the circle. "Hmmm, never have I ever...cut my own hair." At the mention of hair, Bea tucked her own behind her ear, a rather self-conscious habit of her, as she glanced around the circle, waiting for the girls to respond.
Sorry for posting now. I am going away for a four days in the bush with little internet connection and need to get posts in before I go

After all formalities were exchanged, and plans set for embarking to the BBQ together, it was time to start the game. Monica held very fond memories of this game from past camps she had gone through, it was always such a fun way to connect fast with new people.
Chairs were collected, and a circle created in the centre of the tent. After Monica finished explaining all the rules, Eliza took to the centre, both surprising and relieving Monica from having to go first. Not that she would have been unhappy to start, but it did make it easier to not have to be starting the game.

After the statement was made, Monica went to stand, because she had been to camp before, but before she could do anything, Beatrice took to the centre, "Hmmm, never have I ever...cut my own hair."
Before anything else happened Monica stepped to the centre.
"I think there was a bit of a confusion, If you have never done what the person in the middle said, you remain in your chair. It is only if you have done that thing before that you stand up. Your goal is to find another chair, and Not be the one left in the centre."
She looked around at the participants, trying to read if there was any confusion. She turned back to Beatrice, "It is totally fine though, this game is always super confusing the first few rounds." Taking her seat again, "We will continue with your Never Have I ever, and if you have done it, than you stand up and try to find another seat... Make sense?"

Monica had to think for a moment. She had had her hair cut, but to her knowledge, SHE never cut her own hair... Assuming that that was the point of the statement, she remained in her seat. She would not be the one in the centre next round.

When one of the other girls called out she had never been to camp either, a little relieved smile appeared on her face as she wasn't the only one and had made a fool out of herself. As soon as Bea stood up from her chair, Eliza hurried to it to take her seat only to see the little bunny sitting on the chair. When she laid eyes on the cute creature, she slowed down a bit so she did not scare the little bunny and her eyes became a little bigger as she adored the fluffy pet.

Carefully, the blonde picked up the bunny from the chair, her eyes locked on the little creature like she was trying to have a telepathic conversation with it, which she was. After asking the bunny if she was okay with staying with her for a little while in her head, Eliza sat down and placed the pet on her lap. Whatever Beatrice had said, she had missed it and only turned her attention back to the conversation when Monica spoke.

"So not done is stay, have done is look for another chair?" she summarized everything she had just heard to make sure she understood the point of the game. Luckily, her parents had made sure she started learning English from a young age but she still wasn't the best at it, which often resulted in lots of confusion something she prefered to avoid right now.
