Efelion perked up a bit at Aislinn explaining that her mother taught her about herbs, his father was actually into herbology as a job so he understood the feeling about it although it seemed like she enjoyed her mother explaining to her where he dreaded the thought of his father never being quiet about the plants he found. “My father works in herbology” Efelion admitted to the girl as he started to wonder around the room a little “Every time we go camping he seems to always find something new to talk my ear off about.”

When she explained her family dynamics Efelion laughed a little with her, he had heard that was the case with a lot of people who had one muggle parent, they end up loving the wizarding world, I guess it is so different than what they are used to. No different than Efelion’s fascination with the muggle world. “Both my parents are from the wizarding world so I never get much time in the muggle world” Efelion admitted sheepishly “I find the muggle world so interesting I just wish I could get to explore it more.”

Efelion smiled at Aislinn and started to search some of the draws to try and figure out what the room was once designed for, he was curious as always about things and he didn’t like mysteries being left unsolved. As he did so he started talking more trying to give Aislinn comfort whilst they waited for dinner to be ready in the great hall. “Are you excited to watch the tournament and go to the ball?” He asked looking for clues “What are the chances that our first year here is the year we hose the tournament!” He was actually very excited as he loved the idea of it, he loved physical things like quidditch so watching his schoolmates compete against other schools in the trials would be very entertaining for him.
