Mina walks along the shore, her book in her hand, reading. She had just spent the afternoon studying in the common room and had decided to come out and get some fresh air and read her new book. She smiles into her book, enjoying it so far. It had come in the mail from her mom who had seen it and thought of her. She ad enjoyed reading the letter from her mom, who was probably busy taking care of Nate and finishing up his primary schooling.

She sighs and looks up for a moment, not seeing anyone in front of her and she looks back down to her book. She missed her mother and Nate, she missed them a lot, and this book made her think of them and herself honestly. Her mother was right when she said is made her think of Mina.

She keeps walking, looking to the side, at the water, watching the sun setting over the water, a small smile on her face. She keeps walking, trying to get to the spot she had sat last time she had come to the lake. She had found the rock comfortable to sit on, smooth from years of weathering and water hitting it.

A few days after school started, Lyam went to the owlery to drop off a letter. He had written to his parents about his first impression of the school where he would spend several years. The first few days had been very intense and Lyam had often lost his way in the castle, but fortunately some grown-ups had helped him find his way back. After dropping off his letter, Lyam, who had finished his homework for the next day, decided to go for a walk in the park. It was a beautiful day outside, but a little wind was blowing across the faces, giving them soft colours, indicating their good health. Lyam liked the wind. It reminded her of birds. How he wished he were a bird! As free as a bird, to be able to fly in the sky. He knew that with magic one could do many things and flying was one of them. But he still had to wait a few years before he could be confident enough to climb as high as the clouds. As he walked, Lyam hummed a little Korean tune, which he used to sing as a child: 멋쟁이토마토, The Tomato Song. At the same time he was doing a few small dance steps, enjoying the wind tickling his face. Hopping heartily, Lyam closed his eyes dreaming of being a bird.

Mina looks back at the water, smiling slightly. She watched the ripples along the surface, how the light reflects off the surface making different shapes. She stares at the water, longer then she meant to and then shakes her head slightly, looking back at her book. She keeps walking, realizing she’d reached the place where she had met the kid Dexter. She sighs softly, she had been splashing, and she head known the boy was there, but she hadn’t cared, even when she had gotten his legs soaked. Only once he had called her out and pulled her out of her fun had she apologized. She knew she wasn’t exactly the easiest person to get along with, but she tried always tried.

She sighs inwardly, shaking her head slightly, trying to get her focus back on her book. She stares at the words, trying to read them, then the lines. But she fails, not to preoccupied with her thoughts to read. She lets out a grumble of frustration and snaps her book closed, and just as she looks up, she runs into someone and drops her book. She bends down to puck is up, “Oh my God, I am so sorry, I wasn’t watching where I was going!” She looks up to see a boy, with reddish brown hair and dark brown eyes, Oh God. . . she groans, That is so. . . Lyam was dancing around the lake, singing Korean songs. He was lost in his dream world and no longer paid attention to his surroundings. He had started singing music from a drama he had watched not long ago and liked very much.
I'm still here always,
널 그리워 하며, by your side
늘 같은 자리에, by your side
Here always
Stay by me, 내 곁에, ayy
And stay with me
I'm still here always,
널 그리워 하며, by your side
늘 같은 자리에, by your side
I stay here always,
조금 더 가까이, by my side
Here always
Always
Ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh

Reducio
A day alone when i felt rather awkward
whispering without anyone knowing
A night where i wandered calling your name

When I close my eyes, the heated warmth blows
Inside me which was like a cold season
Slowly, to me
I’m still here always
Paused at every moment
While missing you, by your side
Always at the same place, by your side
Here always, stay by me
by my side, and stay with me

If there’s a name i call you by
Should I call you ‘the sparkling sea’?
or should I call you ‘my world?

When I close my two eyes
Your sentimental ocean wave which linger in my ears
come into my dreams
It spreads abundantly

I’m still here always
paused at every moment
while missing you, by your side
always at the same place, by your side

I stay here always in my heart that became clearer
a little bit closer by my side
with your smile by my side
Here always
Always

I’ll call your name,
which is like the approaching sunlight

While he was not looking at all where he was stepping, Lyam suddenly felt himself colliding with someone. The impact was quite strong and he almost fell to the ground, but just managed to regain his balance. The person he had walked into was a girl taller than him, he looked like a fly next to her, with dark brown hair and big dark eyes. He heard her say: “Oh my God, I am so sorry, I wasn’t watching where I was going!” and was about to reply when he guessed rather than heard her whisper: Oh God. . . That is so. . . Cliché
He chuckled and smiled back: You're telling me!
As she dropped her book, Lyam bent down to pick it up, but she was quicker and picked it up before him. As they both straightened up, Lyam smiled and tried to look her in the eye. She was so tall! She must have been in third or fourth year. Lyam, still smiling, introduced himself:
Hi, my name is Lyam, I'm a first year. I'm in first year. And you are?

She smiles, “I’m Mina. Mina Starr.” She laughs softly, “I am sorry, I wasn’t paying any attention to where I was going. I’m a first year, Gryffindor, obviously. You’re a Ravenclaw, right? You’re wearing the blue and silver of the house.” She pauses, “Sorry. . . I’m talking too much, aren’t I? I need to learn to close my mouth—” She bites her lip, her smile turning nervous.

She pauses, “And I’ve repeated myself. . .” She fidgets with her book, looking at the boy, the reddish brown hair, and the slightly pale skin, as if the boy spent almost no time out in the sun. She kicks her foot into the warm sand, her boot making contact and sending a small spray of sand outward. She watches it and then digs the toe of her lot into the sand, digging a hole with her foot. She looks to the boy, twisting her finger into the chain of her necklace.

Her free hand still fidgets with the pages of her book, curling the paper between her fingers, “I honestly didn’t mean to repeat myself, it just. . . happens sometimes, I forget what I say—” She laughs nervously, and bites her lip.
