You just can't have 2 accounts on HiO.
French version of HiO is called Poudlard.
US version of HiO is called HiO.

Yeah I asked about that beforehand and they said no it isn't classified as multi-accounts because they are 2 completely different sites and 1 is in 1 country and the other is in a different country.
They might not accept you, @Lily Blaze, unless you can write/speak French. Not sure if it's that or if they just don't accept people with ip addresses in the US.

Curious about what people are talking about when they mention a "iNPC" or "dNPC" or maybe even a faceless NPC (regular NPC)? Well, a NPC is a Non Player Character or- not the main character that you play. Your main character that you'll play is your PC (player character) for instance- Noah Jupe is a PC, and Edward Smith is a iNPC.
A dNPC is a dependant Non Player Character, as such of your PC/iNPC parents, family, etc. A iNPC is an important Non Player Character, and they are a second character you'd play, as they come from one of six schools, however, if you come to not like your iNPC, you don't get to create a new one. More information on NPCs can be found here- NPC Info.
This is a list of all the Approved iNPCs. It starts with Illivermony, then ends with (currently) Castelobruxo. A school currently being worked on for lore, is Uagadou. If a name is crossed out on the list, they were probably inactive for a long period of time, or deactivated their characters.
SUBSCRIBE to NPC Announcements to know when iNPC applications are open again! Or if something is happening that involves the NPC, or for other reasons! It's nice to subscribe to this if you, in the future, decide that you want a iNPC.
