A suggestion for you!
If you don't understand how to fill out the mentor thing, just say 'no' for everything as in you don't have one or you don't know. That way your mentor can explain everything to you:)
All you need to do is copy the following...
Name:
Do you have a completed encyclopedia?
Are you registered with Index?
What needs do you specifically have? (For example you want to learn more about NPCs, find the registration process confusing, want to find socialization opportunities, etc.)
Name is self-explanatory (name of your character).
You will say "No" for completed encylopedia and "No" for registered with Index.
For the last question you can just say "I want to learn more about this site!" XD
