He's the first to die. I have like- 10 lines- then die. I'm the butler the whole time- and Wadsworth fakes being the butler, when he really is the true Mr. Boddy.

I play the fake one- the one who dies at the beginning. I want to cry- I put so much work into Plum- and I really wanted the roles I auditioned for.

I also was said that I didn't get the role simply because I was... deaf. BRO. JUST BECAUSE I'M DEAF DOESN'T MEAN I'M INCAPABLE. I'm a senior- and that was my last chance of a main role- next semester- I'm tempted to leave- I don't care what the show is- since I can't sing at all.

*hugs back* its not neccessarily the deaf part that gets to me- its the fact that she promised on the first day after reading the script that I'd get the role- as long as my interpeter was there- but just to make sure I get that role- or try to- I actually put in the work. Then I felt like I got slapped in the face- she told me that I have less acting talent than the others- so I am just playing a dead character.

I might have better chances if I just go to community theater- I'll just be happier in the background- with the spotlight. Anything is better than being told you're not good at acting and that being deaf is only setting me back
