Applications for iNPCs only open up at certain times during the year. The next time they open up will be in September. More detailed rules as to NPCs and iNPCs specifically can be found here.

Yeeaaaah being pureblood is a huge part of his back story. XD He is of that family but, like, 6th or 7th cousins.

Can it be the Black surname- and still be part of the pureblood line- BUT- no direct or indirect association with the canon black

I think that should work, it happens a lot of times in real life too, you know people having the same surname
