And keithyyyy I get it- it's nice to be human though- you get 8 abilities meanwhile part human (ie- werewolf- part goblin- etc) have four abilities- and four racial traits

That would be exceptionally tight, I cannot speak for all the things you would need to fall in place.

Which is true... I have less than a month to work on it- and perhaps get advice from several people- some feedback could be nice too-
