Summer Letters

Greetings.
This is the first of many summer letters I will be sending you via owl, Bailey! I'm not sure whether they will get to you or not but on the off chance they do, these letters will serve as your updates. As you know, I've been involved in the summer planning committee for putting together activities.
Specifically for summer camp that takes place this year starting August 1, 2022. It's been a whirlwind of activity and quite a lot of fun planning things out, although there are so many responsibilities. Sometimes I end up falling asleep while going over paperwork and wake up hours later.
Only to find Puffie sitting on my head, trying to stuff his long tongue up my nose to clean it. Apparently, he shares some of the same traits that Puffskein do. Anyway, I know you haven't left yet but you're about to, so I thought I'd write this letter ahead of time and send it to you a bit later.
I'm writing this letter at home but I have a ton of things to do this summer. First, I'm off to Colin's for the wedding that a bunch of people from school are also attending, then I have a pureblood ball event on the 23rd and then I'm supposed to meet up with Sophia and Pax at Gem's place a little later.
And of course, I'll head to London Quidditch Stadium to work out the summer camp details a few days before everyone starts to arrive. So that's my plan for the summer. How is your summer going? Since by the time I send this you will probably have started your own plans. Is it everything you thought?

Summer Letters

Greetings.
It's me again! Yes, it took me awhile to write.
I got so busy with the events going on at summer camp. Even though a ton of things happened before camp started, camp literally makes me feel as if my brain is overloading with information. Not to mention the fact that summer is hot. I mean REALLY hot. Sometimes I feel like a human waterfall.
But as long as you dunk yourself in water every couple of hours, it's bearable. How is it over where you are?
Anyway, this letter is an update to let you know what I have planned for summer! I set up two fun events for campers. One is a triathalon and the other is a version of the Mafia game. There have been many variations of the Mafia game and the most widely known version is Werewolf. Have you heard of it?
Even though you're missing out on playing, I intend on starting a Mafia Club when we come back to Hogwarts for the new year. So you can join it then and we can all have some fun together! There are also other events too, like Truth or Dare, Spin the Flagon and Pax came up with a complicated game called Capture the Jolly Roger. Which is Capture the Flag.
It's an awesome game but I don't know how he set it up, it's insane. Pax is very talented. I've been so busy during the summer so I haven't gotten around to sending you a letter until now. Puffie is jumping up and down on this parchment, so I have to go. I think he's hungry and wants a tiny snack.

Summer Letters
Dear Kim,
Don’t worry about writing often. Sorry I didn’t write in between your letters- I’ve been so busy. (Also my brothers started screaming about the owl and my grandparents came to investigate…. I had to hastily shoe it away. Visiting ALL of my relatives - I think somehow I’m related to EVERY SINGLE PERSON in Poland. We visited SO MANY people! All of the food is amazing though. All the Pierogis, Borschts, Schabowys, and ALL THE DESERTS-Kołaczki, Szarlotka, and Szarlotka, and so many others!! I wish I could send some, but my grandparents would have been suspicious. I did get a bunch of the recipes- everyone here are SO generous!!! And nice and so kind and accepting!!
It sounds like summer camp has been a lot of fun! Has anything big happened? How are you doing? I do know Mafia- we should play someday. I would definitely join the club! And I’m sure a lot of other people would too!!! It would be fun, maybe for the PMC? What do you think?
I want to play Capture the Jolly Rodger!!
I have noticed Pax’s talents too- they are so nice and welcoming- among one of the nicest people at Hogwarts!!!!
Ok I have to go before my Grandparents wonder why an owl is here…. That would be an interesting story!
