PV Don't Judge! I'm Drawing Away My Annoyance!

"Dad!" Aisley whined, pushing a strand of her bubblegum pink hair behind her ear,"Do I have to go?"

"C'mon Ais, I promise you'll have fun! Plus, you'll have Mari and Jack with you all year. Now hurry, we can't be late, we're meeting your mother and step-father at the platform." Aisley's father, Ryan spoke up, ushering his three kids over to the entrance to platform nine and three-quarters.

Aisley sighed. It wasn't that she was nervous, it was the fact that she didn't know what lay ahead. She'd be leaving her father and younger brother, James, alone until the first break. Poor James has to wait a whole two more years until he could board the scarlet train and head to Hgwarts with his siblings. She shook herself back into reality, almost running into her sister, Marianne.

"Watch it Ais, get your head out of the clouds. Mari spoke, a hint of annoyance in her voice.

"Shut it Mari!" Aisley fired back.

Their father, Ryan, oblivious to the siblings' quarrel, spoke up again, "Alright, here we are. Through the wall everyone. Marianne, you first."

Aisley watched as Marianne ran forwards to the wall, disappearing through it, before receiving the nod from her father to go next.

Aisley ran towards the wall, feeling a tingling sensation moving through her as she entered the platform. She quickly regrouped with Marianne before waiting for James and their dad to come through, re-tying the lace of her Doc Martens.

Once Ryan had come through the pillar with James, he ushered everyone towards the Solace-Brown meeting spot, a bench by an empty room. At the spot, Aisley could see her mother, Elizabeth, her step-dad, and her older step-brother, Jack. She quickly pushed her trolley over towards the trio before jogging to Jack for a hug. Even though they were four years apart and step-siblings, they still had a pretty good bond.

"How's it going Lee? Are you excited?" Jack asked once Aisley let go of the hug.

"Yeah, I guess." She muttered, "You'll be there for me to help, right?"

"Don't you doubt it." Jack said as Aisley smiled before moving on to say hello to her mum.

"Hi mum. Hi Alex."

Alex just smiled at her while her mother came up and crushed Aisley in a hug while muttering, "Look at my little Aisley, all grown up and going to Hogwarts."

"Mum!" Aisley gasped, "Can't breath!"

Her mother then imminently let go of the hug, muttering apologies to Aisley while moving on to hug Marianne, James, and Ryan.

After the Solace-Brown family had caught up a bit, and given their children their final hugs goodbye (Aisley giving the biggest one to James, who looked like he was about to cry), finally boarded the train with Marianne and Jack, walking through the train to find a compartment.

Jack had left the two girls alone as soon as he saw his friends, leaving the two sisters to claim a compartment for themselves.

Once the two girls had settled in, Marianne spoke up, beginning to stand, "I'm gonna go see if I can find some of my friends."

"Hey! Wait a minute! You can't just leave your poor first-year sister all by herself!" Aisley said, stopping Mari in her tracks.

"Oh my bad." Marianne said sarcastically, "I didn't know you were in control of me and what I do." She said before walking away.

"Hey!" Aisley said, shooting up to follow her, "Wait up! You can't just leave me here!"

Marianne turned around, sticking her tongue out at the pink-haired girl before continuing to walk down the hall.

Aisley walked back into the now empty compartment, fiddling with the hem of her knitted sweater and brushing off the imaginary dust on her baggy jeans, muttering about how idiotic and stupid her sister was.

Aisley then grabbed her tote bag from the seat beside her, looking through the bag before settling with just grabbing her sketchbook and pencil, beginning to draw away her annoyance.
