From the Frying Pan and Into the Fiendfyre!

RRRRRRCK!!
If only Colin could move! The torture was absolutely exquisite! Dan shifted his position to take full tactical advantage of Colin's exposed stomach --- NONONONO!! Not there --- not there!! Colin squealed with the delight of it! Dan seemed to know exactly where to attack next! Total tummy tickling torment!
Oh, how Colin wished he could move again! He'd so give this older Irish boy a Highland response for his comeuppance!
NNNNNNGGGGGGGGG!!!!! Colin's eyes continue to water --- he'd just have to ride the exhilaratingly delicious torment a while longer as the body bind wore off...
..."YYYEEEEEEEEPP!! HEE HA-HA-HEHEHEHH!" Colin heard himself laughing! The bind had broken at last! And Dan was still tickling his feet and tummy without mercy.
"OOOP!" Colin twisted about with the most enjoyable agony possible and curled up facing Dan. His wand clacked to the floor just beyond the Irish boy's toes --- WHOAH! Colin's entire body ached with laughter, and his mind just barely registered that his opponent would be in the perfectly defenseless position for any of the mighty and arcane works of magic he could conjure! But --- whoah! --- two bare feet in the perfect configuration for some return tickling were too good to pass up!
Colin, still undergoing Dan's torment, tried to improve his position, but his shirt got in the way. He wriggled out of that and shoved it aside as between bouts of laughter he pressed all ten finger nails right into the exposed soles of Dan Palmer's own feet!
This duel had moved beyond the high and mighty magics of great wizards and sorcerors of old. Nay, this duel was now the province of the most ancient magic of all --- two boys wrassling it out with each other! From the savannas of most ancient Africa or the tropical woodlands of Asia to the rocky Highlands of Scotland --- this was now no longer a mere exercise in magic or a fight for honour. It was The Duel. Archetypal. Fundamental boyhood on display in all its grandeur.
Colin pounced and tickle-tackled Dan with reckless abandon!
"Owooooooooooooo!!!" Colin cried out in pure joy!

Dan continued tickling. The torture to the one who insulted him was exquisite! Colin would absolutely give it an actual thought before he DARED to question Dan's Slytherin status! Little Scottish bastard claimed he belonged in GRYFFINDOR?! Well. Colin certainly knew who he was dealing with now, didn't he? This should well hammer home the point. Colin was so far in over his head that he couldn't see the surface anymore.
Sure, Dan could just defeat him in the duel, but that wasn't enough. No, he had to TRULY torment his opponent first. He had to ensure that Colin would NEVER insult him again.
That WOULD make an attempt at friendship a bit awkward....
But Dan wasn't worried about that right now! He was having too much fun! The tormented laughter was incredible!
Wait.... laughter?
Dan realized all of a sudden that the curse wore off! He was about to re-cast it, when all of a sudden, Colin's fingers attacked his bare feet.
Dan yelped and kicked away, his wand clattering to the floor out of his reach. He immediately scrambled toward it to get back hold of it to kill the counter-attack before it could begin in earnest.
Action: Scrambling away from Colin to get his wand.

From the Frying Pan and Into the Fiendfyre!

Dan yelped in surprise as soon as Colin counterattacked! Whoa! Colin caught on before Dan did! His adversary hadn't yet realised that his body bind had worn off! Colin felt like what happens when your foot falls asleep and then the feeling comes back --- a tingly like. Only his foot wasn't asleep, his whole had been! And it wasn't the fuzzy and sensationless either: his entire body had felt everything. Colin just couldn't do anything about it!
Oh my, but that had been pure and delightful torture, and his whole body felt spent and sore from his ineffectual attempts to fight back, to laugh, to shriek with delight. What Colin soon discovered, much to his own delight, was that his opponent was every bit as ticklish in the toes as he himself was, and perhaps even more so!
Colin thought that for sure Dan would spring like a startled cat once the attack began. There would not be a single moment to lose. He hastily concocted a plan. He figured he'd try to tackle Dan somehow. Yeah, that sounded about right. Tackle and tickle! Forget for a moment that Dan was stronger and bigger. Colin would just have to deal with that later. First thing was first, and nothing else would matter if he couldn't get any kind of grip on the wily boy. "Hoots boyo! Ye'll no get awa sae easy!" Colin grabbed his wand in his teeth and leapt after the other boy.

Action: Leaps after Dan, trying to pin him down!

I am aware that I did a roll, but the two of us agreed that it was only fair for Colin to have his turn, THEN rolls can happen. Mutually agreed the pin is an auto-hit.

Dan scrambled as fast as he could after his wand. All he had to do was get it, and he would petrify Colin again for a bit more torture, and then resume the duel. Just a bit-
Right as Dan's fingers brushed his wand, he felt a weight on top of him, pinning his body. Colin, the little shit, had dove on top of him! Did he actually think that vengeance for vengeance was the smart play? HE was the one who started this in the first place, running his stupid Scottish mouth! Anything he would even manage to do, Dan would double. Just as he was easily twice the duelist and tickle fighter that Colin was, anything the Scot did, Dan would double.
"Get offa me, ye little blighter!!"
Dan would attempt to kick Colin off his body, and would stretch out, reaching for his wand. If ONE of his kicks connected, he would easily be fine. He was sure he could reach it, all he needed to do was stretch...
Actions: Kicking at Colin, and reaching for his wand.

"'Ittle bwighter is it, then, eh?" Dan had scrambled for his wand --- and missed by millimetres! "Yeeek!" Colin found it difficult to speak with his wand in his mouth, but at least he had it for when ever Dan decided he'd had enough tickle wrestling!
And right now, Colin had Dan right where he wanted him. He was on top and all he had to do was make sure the bloody Irish laddie didn't rock the boat too severely. At least not until he managed to get a good grip on him.
Colin sought to secure his advantage. It was very difficult, however. Dan was kicking as fiercely as mad pig and Colin didn't want to get tangled up in that mess; meanwhile up at the other end, Dan was still stretching out towards his wand. Mere millimetres wasn't much of an advantage! But Colin would have to make each one count if he were to even survive the next couple minutes!
"Hahhah!" There was really only thing for it, Colin reckoned. And that was to attack the middle! Colin smiled, shoved Dan's t-shirt up and made two fists with his bent thumbs sticking out.
"Take that, boyo!" Colin brought his fists together around Dan's waist and returned the favour of his previous torture with a solid rib tickling of his own!

Actions: Tickling Dan's ribs and sides, waiting for the inevitable moment that the duel will start up again!

He almost had it! Just a little-
"YAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
Dan's shirt was suddenly yanked over his head, and his ribs were attacked. Dan was extremely ticklish, it was true. His ribs were not nearly his worst spot, not even close, but they were more than enough to make Dan react violently.
With his shirt over his head, his arms couldnt move properly, and he couldn't see Colin or his wand. But, in Colin's haste to get to him, he didn't pin Dan's arms. So, building up just enough resistance, he yanked his shirt off the rest of the way, and shoved his fingers into Colin's stomach. If this kilt-wearer wanted to go, Dan would show him the expertise of a tickle master, skills honed by years of multi-boy tickle fights in Dingle.
Colin had no chance against an experienced tickle-fighter like him. Sure, he got the jump on him; Dan had thought the body bind would have lasted longer than than it did... Why had it worn off so quickly? It barely lasted any time at all! What was the point of body binding a Scottish boy for tickle torture when it was just going to wear off in 3 minutes?
This was one of those moments where Dan decided that muggle forms of restraint worked better. Rope was far more effective than a magical body bind, apparently.
Action: Retaliation

Yesss! Major score! Dan proved to be two things: one, extremely ticklish around the ribs; and two, a formidable opponent! Colin would remember that little fact. He had the distinct feeling that it would come in handy in the future. Whatever the result of this duel should be, he was certain that it wouldn't be over! He wasn't surprised that Dan was a formidable foe --- he had four years on Colin! Colin was tall and scrawny; but Dan was older by what, five or six years! He was much stronger and more experienced.
Colin had managed to get Dan's arms tangled up in his shirt, which allowed him free rein to poke and prod and mercilessly tickle his ribs. Even Colin couldn't help but laugh as his opponent let out gales of ticklesome giggles.
But all good things must come to an end! It had been a calculated move to go for the ribs and not the feet, as well as to leave his adversary's arms free. Colin knew there would be a cost to those choices. He didn't regret going for the ribs, as Dan's twitching and kicking would have caused more problems than his exposed soles would be worth. No, the greater real estate of exposed flanks and ribs was well worth it!
But Colin couldn't help getting in as many jabs as he could whilst Dan struggled out of his own shirt. And that would likely prove costly! For as soon as he had freed himself, Dan's unfortunately free hand reached around and attacked Colin's exposed belly!
"YEEEEEEEEEECK!! YEEHEHEHEHE!"
Oh God, he hoped Clair never found out this secret! Dan, whether by proverbial Irish luck, or by some master tickle fighting intuition, found Colin's most ticklish spot! There was nothing for it but to curl up and try to protect his belly from any further incursions!

Actions: Curl defensively and try to roll away

From the Frying Pan and Into the Fiendfyre!

The gambit was successful! Colin recoiled immediately upon Dan's stomach attack. Dan didn't bother going for his wand yet. Oh no. Colin wanted a tickle fight, he was going to get one.
With his new freedom, the newly shirtless Dan curled upward, and launched himself at Colin, attempting to properly pin him by the hips, and pin both his hands down. It was time for one of Dan's secret techniques!
This one would easily let him defeat Patrick back home, and Colin was in for it for sure if Dan could use that move. His secret technique chosen for Colin would be the end of this tickle match without a doubt.
Then they could get back to the duel. Which come to think of it...
Dan went on an ADHD mental tangent adventure briefly, wondering how this went from a magical wizards duel, to a shirtless, barefooted tickle fight to the... well not death, exactly. Still though. Dan wasn't complaining, now he got to beat Colin TWICE! First at tickle fighting, and then at dueling! Which suited Dan just fine. Really hammer hone that Colin insulted the honor of someone better than him at not one but TWO things!
Actions: Preparing the Secret Irish Tickle Jutsu

From the Frying Pan and Into the Fiendfyre!

Colin rolled away from Dan's surprise belly assault and managed to get himself into a crouching position. He was surprised that Dan didn't immediately make a dash for his wand. He was a fifth year after all, and surely he could crush a new second year challenger like a bug! Colin wondered if perhaps this particular fifth year wasn't quite as mental as the picture of older students he'd conjured for himself over the last year?
Could Dan just be a normal boy too? He'd reckoned that by fifth year, most Slytherins would have been molded into sly and cunning archevil wizards, ready to take over the world! It almost never occurred to Colin that one might actually still want to engage in serious play! Perhaps Dan would be an older Slytherin he could actually relate to? Clearly, and whatever was going inside the older boy's inscrutable mind, the tickle wresting match was just getting started! Colin pocketed his wand, trying to determine what manoeuvre Dan had in mind.
Older and far more experienced, Dan certainly had a command of moves that Colin could never dream of! Would he try the Carlisle Careen, rushing at and trying to bowl Colin over; or the Aberdeen Fling, tipping Colin over like a caber and goign for his feet again? One thing Colin was sure of --- the boy only seemed to really attack when he had clear advantage. So far that had meant total immobilisation of Colin! He smiled, showing Dan all his fangs. I might go down to defeat, he thought, but this lad is going to get a fight all the way down!
Dan launched himself at Colin --- and Colin sprawled forwards! Liam used to try this on stronger opponents; Colin hoped it would work today!

Actions: Sprawling under Dan's launch; preparing to attack the feet!

With this technique, the stomach ticklish one will be defeated soundly! All he had to do was-
NANI?!
(WHAT?!)
He went right under his launch! The slippery little Scottish bastard went RIGHT under him! ALL Dan needed to do to finish this tickle fight decisively was to use his Anti-Patrick secret tickle jutsu! Dan always defeated Patrick with that move!
But, Colin managed to stall further, and pin him again! This time though, it was significantly worse. Because now, Dan's bare feet, by far his worst tickle spot, were right in Colin's hands.
This... wasn't going to be pretty. Dan's bare feet were the most popular target for all his mates in Dingle. They all knew exactly how to most exploit every part of his feet to get the most desperate screaming and begging from Dan, along, of course, with uncontrollable, hysterical laughter.
If his friends were ever mad at Dan for beating them in anything, which was often, they would always pin him and go absolutely ham on his bare feet. With their mastery of exactly where to hit and how to exploit each spot, Dan would be in tortured hysterics in seconds.
And now, Colin was able to exploit that exact same weakness.
