I know I like go under my blanket but then I'm cooking so I just try to sleep and have about an hours sleep but it doesn't help my sleep levels at all.

Yeah I know that feeling. I don't know why I can't find another way to have a nap without practically dying and my eyes breaking from the sun it's super annoying. Way to sleep just sleep at night
