How old do you think she is?

We are thinking at least 8 probably closer to 10 or 11, we have not been able to check her back teeth yet but only the roots are left of her front teeth so she may be even older than that.

Wow, i wonder if she has been on the run for a while, maybe thats why people have not reported a missing goat

We thought that too but she is at a healthy weight and it looks like her hooves have been trimmed recently. We have two thoughts of what may have happened
1) there is a new rich family that recently moved into the area, some people think they have goats and they left for vacation Thursday and people first spotted the goat Friday. They won't be back for another week or two though
2) Someone knew that my family had goats and dropped her off in the area because they no longer wanted her. We had someone abandon a rooster on our property a few weeks ago and multiple rabbits have shown up in the past so it is plausible.
