@Durmstrang Quidditch
Promptly at five o'clock I strode to the tent and banged on it a few times before ripping the tent flap back and barging right in with violence on my mind.

"WAKEY WAKEY LADIES AND PANSIES! GET THE F*** UP, WE HAVE BACON TO FRY AND SHIT TO DO!" I bellow out, yanking covers off of the males and drumming on their luggage to be as obnoxious as possible. "OUT THE TENT IN 5 MINUTES OR SO HELP ME GOD YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE TENT AT ALL!" I clap my hands, observing the immediate reactions of my team before turning heel and storming out. "I'll be timing..."

When everyone finally makes it out, I stop my watch and then jerk my head towards the chow laid out on for breakfast, a mishmash of unseasoned scrambled eggs, sausage links, and a small cantaloupe and apple slice salad. I flick one of the bangs that didn't want to be held in the small bun at my nape out of my eyes, but it stubbornly drifts back to its former place. "Fifteen minutes to eat, then grab the bags that I hope you packed last night like I suggested. We're moving camp for a change of pace and scenery." I cross my arms again. The light of day has barely begun to peak over the horizon, but I already smell the remnants of a torrential downpour that had taken place over the course of the night. It was cool, but mildly humid enough that nobody would cold cat.

Hopefully. I should never assume anything with this group

After breakfast chow. I return with a large expandable rucksack on my shoulders that is marginally larger than my usual fare at Durmstrang. Such a bag (filled with foodstuffs for the night and the next morning, first aid kits, and my own overnight fare) weighs a little over a hundred pounds, but for the sake of my team I have made their packing list far shorter and efficient, maxing out at 75 pounds tops (overnight fare, and a small lunch). The awkwardness of the load should be more than enough to work up a good sweat, and the path ahead should prove challenging enough to test their mettles and their physical capabilities. I had scouted the path 2 days ago when Schnell had had the team for the day, and would walk along them for the entirety of the trip.

With more threats and herding, we are finally ready to go. I adjust the ruck on my shoulders and thin-fabric t-shirt and send a searing look back at my charges, the white diamond stud in my left ear glittering ever so slightly in the rosy dawn light. "Keep up and don't you DARE fall out."

The 15 mile Muckk March had begun.

The Mukk March is a 3 round march facing different, and sometimes messy, obstacles on the way to the finish location. In the sense of functionality think of this as a broom race with the only option being to move forward one square at a time.

You will have an action each round on top of moving forward one space, and the successfulness of that action will help to determine how hard the DC is. Be creative! I love creative stunts! Remember... You can also make the challenge harder for your fellows if you want, but remember that so long as your character is under 17, they should not try to cast magic due to the Trace!

If you fail to pass the DC for the section, you will continue to move forward, but will suffer a penalty of my choosing the next round depending on just how badly or in what way you fail it. You can choose to fail an option on purpose if you want (just say so in your post).

After the first participant post, this thread will be open to other people joining for the next 2 weeks before moderation 1. Moderation will then be performed every week from then until this event is finished.

Mukk March Obstacles:
Biting Insects: Mosquitoes, gnats, and horseflies are prolific in this relatively swampy area. Ruckers must make a DC 15 Stamina check to pass this challenge (the DC may also be affected by what action you use to ward off the insects as well).
Mudhole: An especially deluged area produces sticky, thick mud, which causes boots to stick or people to lose their footing and thus become one with the Mukk. Evasion check of 23 to pass, though with your action, you can make it more difficult for others to pass the check. Alternately, you can choose to auto-fail and get all nice and muddy for some respect points and a small bonus (+2) to your final obstacle check.
Steep Hill: The last task of the ruck, participants must negotiate a steep, almost 45 degree slope. A DC 18 resistance ([Stamina+Strength] /2) check must be passed to ignore the burning in the legs and the desire to give up. You may elect to "pump up" one teammate of your choice as your action, giving them advantage on this final check. Otherwise... You can try and interfere with others as well...
