There is a difference between liking you and "good standing". I like plenty of troublemakers. I also dislike some outstanding people who just have the personality of a rabid gerbil in need of a laxative. Active, honest, understand the rules, engaged, hard working, intelligent, talented, personable, etc. Are all sought qualities. Some (many) have mod experience or relevant life skills. The app itself hold a lot of weight, if you wrote a paragraph... you will likely not get it even if we love you.

For the app how much would be a good amount to write?

I panicked for a second and went to see how much I wrote because I knew it wasn’t to much, I wrote like two and a half paragraphs lmao

I know I wrote more than a paragraph x.x but o.o yea I def didn't in my previous one that I know got rejected I don't mind tho

I can't say 1200 words = good. But we have had some relative unknowns who blew me away with their app and it was their app plus no history of being awful that got them the role over friends, previous staff members, known members of the community.

Passion for the role. Experience. Your app is how you convey all your potential and qualities. Don't treat it like a receipt.

I do have a question though. If you don’t have experience in modding though, how would you prove that you’d be great for modding?

Well, there is things like the mentor program. Some prefects were added based on how they treated new people pre the mentor system. Work as a sport captain. Organizing activities for your house. Other sites.
