I THINK YOU"D HAVE FUN WITH WESTERN! English sounds extremly proper- so if you want to be sophistcated I'd pick English. But my vote is for Western

Yes, I cannot decide which one to do. I have done Western before (I need to find a picture of the horse I rode) but I have wanted to do English riding in the past.

Lemme see if I can find a pic of the horse I rode when I was like- ten. It was all free because (1) the owner of the ponderosa knows me because I went to all of the dirt track (car) races as the son of one of the crew working on his car. (2) It was also my birthday

If your going for a calming ride, like a trail ride or something I suggest Western, but if your wanting to do jumping or go for more of a workout go for english!

I think I may try to do Western for a few months, just because I have worked with those horses and the instructor before. That way I can get a refresher as it has been almost a year since I have last ridden. Then I can transfer to English once I am a bit more confident again since I have never worked with the instructor or the horses before as it is a different farm. I think it may be best to start off with the Quarter Horses again before going to the OTTB anyway.

Yeah, it has been a while. I'm not as active on site. Dealing with a full-time job isn't very fun. I'm currently heading home after a 5 day vacation. Sadly, my sister has Covid and even though my mom and I tested negative, we have to test again and there's still a chance we have it. Other than that, things are decent.
