End of the shool day... finally
Juliette walked out of the last class of the day, exhausted. She’d been homeschooled her whole life and hadn’t expected school to be so tiring. Oh well, she’d probably get used to it soon–Juliette didn’t think she’d ever become completely accustomed to the strangeness of the magical world, though. Ghosts, paintings that moved and spoke, not to mention all of the mythical creatures–or well, creatures she’d thought were mythical– that had turned out to be real.
Like dragons. The thought gave her a rush of excitement. Dragons! Juliette had always loved the dragons in books or fairy tales, depicted like gigantic catlike lizards with wings… It had been a real shock when she’d been in the Hogwarts library for the first time, only to discover that there was an entire shelf dedicated to books about dragons. Real life dragons!
The idea that a creature she had loved so much all her life was real gave Juliette a bit of hope. Maybe there would be more pleasant surprises than unpleasant ones… like how exhausting this school was. Having to be surrounded with loud, obnoxious students constantly had proved more than a little wearing… but for today, at least, she would have time to go to the Slytherin common room and do something restful before dinner.

End of the shool day... finally

As she left her class, she planned to go to the library to do her homework and probably some extra studying before dinner. She rummaged through her satchel in search of the homework that she was sure she had put in this morning. She hadn't had much time to do it the previous night, so she had left it in her satchel to do it the next day, which was today, except for some reason she couldn't find it.
"Ah, there you are," she muttered to herself in triumph when she had finally found it. Her celebration ended fairly quickly though, as she accidentally bumped into someone. "Oh Merlin!" She said to the person, a girl that she didn't recognize, "Didn't mean to do that. You okay?"
