Biography:
Growing up in a strict pureblood family, Ambrose turned out to be the nightmare his parents never though they'd deserve. Sarcastic, short, and favoring comics over jules verne, the boy has a knack for always being in the wrong place at the wrong time. As a result, at one point his parents just...gave up on trying to fix him. They had other kids who could inherit their business, other kids who weren't digging their heels in and fighting them with every chance they got. So he got left alone for the most part. Aside from being forced into the occasional suit, Ambrose genuinely had a good childhood. Grew up on a big estate surrounded by his older siblings, spent a lot of time outside, exploring and finding things that interested him. At one point, his brother dragged him off to a rock concert, and he'd been glued to a guitar and drumsticks ever since, practicing until he forgot how to move his fingers.
First Instance of Magic:
It was a little odd. The only thing he remembered from that moment was a numb panic. He could picture it still, the bludger flying towards his neighor's windows, he and Charlie (his older brother) hovering over in the air, eyes wide with panic. The beater's bat was still in Ambrose's hand, fingers gone slack. But instead of the splintering he'd expected to hear as soon as the bludger smashed into the glass, there was only a quiet woosh. And the ball passed through the glass, landing safely on the elderly woman's bed and scaring her cat away. He and Charlie breathed a sigh of relief...and booked it.

- First generation immigrant family.
- Spanish.
- His family owns a business [insert what type of business here].
- He loves his older brother Charlie.
- Might make it that Charlie's faceclaim is Denver from Money Heist.
- He likes collecting things, so his trunk is full of trinkets both magical and none.
- He's not particularly strong, but he is very nimble.
- He's a very fearless kid, and got his way bey being nosy and poking around through stuff.
- Neutral good or chaotic good. Leaning towards neutral good.
- He's not afraid to speak his mind, but he also knows when to shut up and book it.
- Philosophy: do the best possible thing no matter the scenario.
- He would be someone with vicious mockery if he was a D&D character.
- Loves sports but I cannot see him being a quidditch player. Although I suppose it's not about size. I can't see him being a duelist either. Perhaps broom racing, although I'm not particularly sure about that one either.
- I imagine he likes to do things with his hands. Tinker with magical items, modify them to suit his needs.
- His bedroom is full of tiny projects he's tinkering with.
- He sees everything as clocks and gears, looks for the most logical explanation and wants to take apart the world around him and see how it works. He's got a fascination with magical machines, and sees them as puzzles
- He's very good at anything that makes logical sense. Potions, crafting things, whatever.
- Perhaps I could make him an alchemist.
- His family is very business savvy
- They are a shady bunch who are very good at appearing honest
- I'm thinking of doing something regarding money laundering, akin to Good Girls
- His father's name is Rio
- I could make him specialize in pranked potions, and then move on as an adult to work with his hands. He could have a small business set up where he sells potions he already made to other students.
- I do see him working with clockwork more than anything - something akin to Santa's workshop in Rise of the Guardians.
- He's giving steampunk magical apprentice
- Need to make him a playlist and a moodboard

- My replies are going to be slow. I prefer long drawn out plots over short ones, as it gives me time to thoroughly write my answer and put thought into my storytelling.
- I am not going to be very active, as I have to do a balancing act between this website and a couple others, as well as keep up with real life. If you have been waiting for more than a month, please send me a message.
- Please do not godmode my character.
