Rheolin Bane, First Year Hufflepuff
Pre-Hogwarts History
Rheolin Bane is the second child of a rather small family. Her parents are Seraphine and Ford Bane. Ford works in the field of Magizoology, while Seraphine is a dragonologist. As such, Rheolin has been raised to adore animals. Her older sister Rory left for a rare job opening in America in her seventh year, and was even accepted to complete schooling in Ilvermorny due to high scores in Hogwarts. Rheolin is daunted by the idea of having to fill her older sister’s shoes as a young prodigy, but with supportive parents, she is gently learning that her best is all she can hope for.
Rheolin looks forward to her Hogwarts journey. She’s already proven knowledgeable in Magizoology due to her background, and is indeed eager to take Care of Magical Creatures, if available. Rheolin is most excited for Transfiguration, Care of Magical Creatures, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and/or Muggle Studies.
As a student, Rheolin proves to be eager to learn. She comes off as shy, and isn’t quick to make friends. When she does make friends, she is very loyal, and can be trusted to keep secrets. As shy as she is, she isn’t afraid to voice her opinions when she thinks it matters. She’ll stick up for her friends, argue strongly over fair animal treatment and wizard and witch equality – of pure-bloods and muggle-born.
