She doesn't show it off. only some people IC know. I have a list of them in the relationship part of her ency, that also shows why they know lol I need to add like one more person

Thomas Root - Quinn's dad, also knows for the same reasons as Quinn's mom
Olive Williams - Quinn's aunt family, she knows because she's family
Elle Williams - Her grandmother also knows because she's family
Colin McCoire - He's her best friend, she trusts him a lot!
Charlie Grace - Quinn also trusts her a lot! So she told her
