I'm not sure. The problem is Jokia is genderfluid and obviously having the power to change her appearance to match her gender is unparalleled, and something that I personally would love to have in real life. The problem is that from what I can tell I will be physically crippled for the rest of my school years, unable to gain as many abilities as everyone else, and starting off with less stat points. You have thirty days from today to decide whether you want a special race/talent (since on the last day of the 30 days, you can't apply for those) but any days after, you can apply for an ability- those are available anytime
