[font=Bell MT]L[/font]ogan walked into the Great Hall, her bag tossed gently over her shoulder and Sherlock trotting beside her, his tail tapping her leg every once in a while. She had recently received a book from her brothers that a friend of theirs had given them for their birthday. Having already read it, they twins sent it over to their sister to read and enjoy as well.

The girl honestly had no idea what a comic book really was, other than it seemed to be a picture book of some sorts. She had heard her brothers chattering about them when she was home for the summer, always talking about X-Men and Superman, although she was not quite sure what the second one of those was. She did figure out who the X-Men were after the boys took her to their friends house to watch one of the movies.

Quickly avoiding running into some students leaving the Great Hall, the girl took a seat at the Hufflepuff table her trusting cat sitting beside her. Making sure no one was really looking at her, she pulled the comic book her brothers had sent her out of her bag and set it on the table in front of her. Logan shook her head slightly as she looked at the colorful book with the title Superman sprawled across the top of it. She was not completely sure she was going to like it, but she would try for her brothers.

WHOA! WAS SOMEONE READING SUPERMAN? That had to be impossible! It seemed that all the wizards or witches in the school had very limited sense as of decent books. It seemed to be "Did you hear about... or... Do you want to..." It was annoying Noah so much. Now, he didn't exactly have anyone that asked him to do anything fun or to engage him in gossip but, it was what fueled Noah for an interest in books.

He glanced over at where he was, then decided to walk over to this... Hufflepuff.

"I need a hero! Well, since it's gonna take a Superman to sweep me off my feet, yeah!" Noah smiled. It wasn't the exact wording of 'I Need A Hero' by Bonnie Tyler, but it was enough Noah would hope to grab attention.

“No matter where you go in life there's always going to be the one person that wants to bring you down, so stay strong and face your problems instead of running away.” Noah stated, quoting a line from Superman. It was his most known one, from those that know Superman nevertheless.

Noah had an obsession with Superman, as he was the reason Noah so badly wanted to be like him.

The Hufflepuff girl looked around the large room with a soft smile on her face, looking around for her best friend and to see if she saw anyone else that she would be able to talk to. Sadly she did not see anyone, but she did still have Sherlock she could hang out with, it was not like it was uncommon for the girl to spend most of her day with the curious cat.

Logan glanced up at the sound of a voice speaking behind her. She honestly was not quite sure what the younger boy seemed was attempting to say, but it sure did catch her attention. She had no idea who the boy was, having never seen him before in her life, but he seemed like an interesting character.

"Is that a line from this...book?" the Hufflepuff questioned the boy as she looked at him with a soft smile on her face. She honestly was not sure of whether she should call it an actual book or not, but she assumed it could be considered a book. "My brothers sent this to me, although I am not quite sure what it is about," the girl admitted to the younger boy. Logan was not used to reading stuff like this, she preferred her books like Sherlock Holmes and Alice in Wonderland. It was a nice change from what she was used to though.

"No. It- wait. Are you referring to the line from I Need A Hero by a muggle artist named Bonnie Tyler... or... the last thing I just said... hmm."

Noah recanted his line, but said another Superman line. "Do Good By Others And Every Man Can Be A Superman."

He listened. Her brothers sent the book to her, but she apparently doesn't know what it's about? He thought to speak, but rather lifted up his wand instead, "Crinus Muto." Noah called. He was desiring something... extraordinary. Well, extraordinary in a way.

He had to admit, he got the idea from one of his rivals, Aurora Ranvier. She rocked the rainbow hair, so why wouldn't Noah? Unless he couldn't pull it off. Regardless, he smiled once his hair turned rainbow-y.

"Well, basically, Superman was born on the fictional planet Krypton and was named Kal-El as a baby. But Krypton was meant to explode, and so his parents sent him off to Earth, where he took over the name Clark. He became a reporter. His weakness is kryptonite, a green crystalline structure. I think I pretty much summarized Superman. I just love reading it because of the actions!"

He then thought about wanting to make something, a potion, a Sleeping Draught, as learned in his first potions class in his second year. He had no particular reason of using it just yet, but maybe he would need it one day.

"Uhh, do you wanna come make something with me? I might get to know you better."

Logan just looked at the boy as if he had two heads. She honestly had no idea what he was talking about and was rather confused, "Uh, I think it may have been the I Need a Hero thing." Other than the music that she had to practice to for dance, she had never really listened to any muggle music before and most of the music she had listened to had been classical, so it was really old anyway.

The Hufflepuff just became even more confused when he changed the color of his hair. She did not see a reason for it but was not going to say anything about it. It was not like he looked bad with rainbow hair, she just did not see the need to change hair color in the middle of the Great Hall.

Listening to the summary carefully, Logan tried to remember everything. So he was from a different planet, changed his name, became a reporter, but also has a weakness. "I think I understand what you just summarized," she muttered. The girl was not getting into this as much as her brothers seemed to have liked it, but she was happy about the fact that the two seemed to be making friends at least, even if it was just the muggle kids that lived in the area around their home. The two at least got to learn more about the muggle world than Logan could, as the only interactions she really got was wandering around the city, going to horse shows, and dance practice.

Logan had gotten greatly distracted in her thoughts and quickly looked up when she heard the young boy say something about making something with him. She found it almost strange because they did not even know each other's names, but what was the worse that could happen. "I mean I guess I could come and make something with you. I am Logan by the way, I don't think I ever told you my name." The Hufflepuff stated as she slowly slid the small book into her bag for later.
