My Favorite Place Closed

Carly was wondering the corridors and halls of Hogwarts, when she ran across the library. She walked inside, found an empty table, put her stuff down, and walked to the shelves. She was in search of a particular book in which her mother had told her about. It was a lovely tale of dragons and hippogriffs living in peace and harmony in the mountains of Siberia. Carly had always been fascinated with mystical creatures. She loved the way hippogriffs were so proud of themselves and how beautiful they really were. She fancied having a unicorn in her possession one day. She wanted to see a centaur roaming freely on rolling hills of green. Once she found her book, she walked back over to her table. She began reading her book, called "The Hippogriff and the Dragon", and soon fell fast asleep. When she finally woke up, she found it was beginning to grow dark. She checked out the book, and raced to the Hufflepuff Common Room, where she joined her fellow Hufflepuffs. She sat back down in a chair and began to read once more.

After dinner, she walked back up to the common room, found her book, and went to her room. She planned to finish reading it before going to bed. Her mother was right about it being a wonderful book. She absolutely loved it!
