Mounting the brooms
Soon enough, other people started introducing themselves. A girl named @Ebony Vetra was playing for chaser. She had brown hair . She didn't have a Quidditch team either. Dexter wondered how many people in the group had watched Quidditch. It didn't matter, though, as long as they were going to play it. "Nice to meet you, welcome to the club." Then there is a girl named @Koko Riddle- woah- a prefect. He knew three prefects now, he'd need to keep an eye out for them at times. She announced that she would be announcing, and that her favorite team was the Slytherin house Quidditch team. She had an orange hair."Welcome to the club!" Dexter welcomed her. After that, a rather shy boy with brown hair name @Henry Knight went, announcing he was being a keeper. He was inspired by his friend, and his team was the Cloud Cobras. "Cool name," Dexter said. "Welcome to the club. Anyone else?" He looked around the room. Things were going well so far. Everyone seemed nice, everyone seemed rule-abiding even though Dexter wouldn't care if they weren't and everyone seemed interested with Quidditch. While he was waiting for the next person introduce themselves oh, he thought of what he was going to say when he started the actual meeting.

Mounting the brooms
Sorry for the delay, guys. It was a crazy day. Also, @Dexter Ragsdill, if you could say the exact date so I can write it on my thread tracking it would be fantastic.
Early July ⎯ Afternoon
As usual, George was late. But it was for a good cause. Well, an acceptable cause. Meaning, pranks count in the "acceptable cause" category, right? She really hoped so, because she really deserved some credit for running a mile in less than five minutes just to get there. Sir, she hadn't thought about starting to run before the team's official practice. Not like this, at least.
She came running towards the rest of the Quick Quidditch group just when Dexter asked if there was anyone else left. Well, it was pretty important for George to speak, after all, she was going to be one of the leaders, wasn't she? And actually for a leader to be left out of the team on the first meeting... well, it wasn't good. She brushed her hair out of her face and took a couple of seconds of hard breathing before she began to speak.
"Hum, hey. Sorry for the... delay, I... had to finish an essay." she took deep breath. "I'm George. Slytherin pureblood, not that I have a complex with that but... Hum, either way, I don't know what am I supposed to say... Hum, Quidditch things, let's see... I have a Nimbus 1700 at home but my parents didn't send it yet. My favourite Quidditch Team are the Haileybury Hammers, partly because my father trained them for a while." she was still breathing heavily from the race, but now she could speak almost normally. "I also like Heidelberg Harriers, the Moose Jaw Meteorites and Yorkshire, and I know that those two are a bit less common but..."
She looked at her teammates and then looked away. Man, they were actually listening?
"Hum, yeah. So, I'll be the captain and one of the chasers of the second team. If it's needed I can play as a beater because I am used to it... and that's– pretty much it, I guess."
She looked at Dexter as her breathing had just returned to normal and gave him an apologetic look. Man, that being on time thing was going to make her go through hell.

Mounting the brooms
It was time for the meeting of the quidditch club Marina had joined. Marina had never tried to play quidditch before, which was probably why she had not signed up to actually be one of the players.
When Marina heard the question regarding your favorite quidditch team. She was a little shocked. Now that she thought about it, it seemed like a perfectly reasonable question to ask in a quidditch club but the only quidditch she had ever watched was the games in between the Hogwarts houses. After all, Marina was a muggle-born and muggles do not watch quidditch. Marina was surprised to discover that many other club members did not have a quidditch team either. Marina was relieved about that; she now planned to do the same. When someone else in the circle said the Slytherin quidditch team Marina realized who her favorite team was, the Gryffindor team! Now Marina could patiently wait for her turn. When it came time for her to speak, Marina said,
"Hello, I am Marina Oriel. I am a first year, Gryffindor." Marina knew it was not necessary to introduce herself with her house or her year but she was so used to introducing herself this was that the idea of introducing herself with just her name seemed strange. "The Gryffindor quidditch team is my favorite, and I will be the referee." Marina finished.

After Dexter finish once again, there was a diversion. The captain for team two, and the founder of The Unofficial Quidditch League had showed up. It didn't really bother Dexter that he was late, because they didn't really get that far into the meeting. Dexter smiled at him as he walked up where Dexter was. He said that he had to finish an essay so he came late. He listed the Quidditch teams idea like, and inform them that he was the Captain for Team 2 and The Unofficial quidditch Club. He also said that he would be playing chaser oh, and that he could play beat her if you needed to. She gave Dexter Unapologetic look, but Dexter mouthed, "It's okay." After that, a girl named Marina Oriel went. She said her favorite Quidditch team was a Gryffindor Quidditch team, Dexter agreed, and that she would be the referee. Dexter nodded. " Welcome to The Unofficial quidditch Club! I hope you have fun and enjoy your time as a referee, and I have no doubts in you." He looked at his list. " I believe we still have three more people that need introduces themselves. What does people like to do it now?"

Introductions to all
Simon arrived at the Quidditch Training Pitch and was glad to see many familiar faces amongst the group, especially AngelFyre McCubbin who he flashed a smile to as he approached. He listened to Dexter speak, knowing he was one the organizer of the group and seeing as he was late himself, he figured some of those last people to make introductions included him.
So Simon took the stand.
"Sup, everyone. I'm Simon Kincaid, Hufflepuff. I'm normally a broom racer but thought I'd try out this quidditch thing. I'll be playing the position of seeker for Team Two. Rock on, Team 2! Oh, and as for favorite team, uhhh......I can't say I've followed it all too much. I've been too busy researching other things in the library like dragons and magical plants and magical history and dragons, but for no real reason I've gravitated toward Puddlemere United. Maybe it's because their colors are navy blue and gold," he said as he glanced back to AngelFyre. She knew he held such a color scheme as his favorite.
"Hope that answers everything I was supposed to answer. Looking forward to learning more about this game called quidditch, meeting some new friends, and playing with you all."

Mounting the brooms
Akemi entered the quidditch pitch, joining in with the other many people here to attend the first meeting. Most of these people were the actual quidditch players who were well known around school. Sure Akemi was on the quidditch team, but she had honestly never even played a full game or even a small match. She had played volleyball for most of her life, and the idea of flying around while having to play “goalie” did not seem very appealing before. She had honestly just joined to show her sister that she could be a part of something (even though she was already a part of the fashion club and drama club, but that just didn’t seem to impress her). After watching a few matches, however, and quickly learning some basic rules and parts of quidditch, Akemi was excited to be in the club. She would learn a lot from everyone, and maybe enough to play well in her actual team.
After a few other people introduced themselves, Akemi took a quiet breath and hopped onto the icebreaker train. “Uh… my name’s Akemi Yamamoto- you could just call me Kiki if you like! I’ll be playing Keeper for Team 1, and…” Her voice trailed off “I honestly don’t know about any professional quidditch teams, but I’m keen to learn about all of them!” And how the actual game works, she thought.

Dexter finished again and people started introducing themselves for the new club that he has started. The first person was a boy with black hair name Draven, who kept it short and simple oh, so you like the cloud cobras, and he was in Slytherin, playing chaser. Then there was a boy named Simon Kincaid who was also playing Seeker, also playing Seeker against Dexter Ragsdill. "Well, may the best Seeker win. He smiled, showing friendly competition. Last but not least, a girl that was playing keeper for Dexter's team introduced herself. "Glad.to have you on my team. All right, George, I think that's everyone. Welcome to The Unofficial quidditch Club. You have all been invited, and have all except the invitation if you're here, and have applied. All the rules have been explain oh, but we're going to go over them again. You are not allowed to intentionally attacker or harm any person. You are to have a good sportsmanship. Those are pretty much all the walls pretty easy to abide by." Dexter felt discouraged, he could only try to follow these himself. " for Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, team one will have practices, and on Tuesdays Thursdays and Sundays, team two will have practices. Both the teams will have meetings occasionally in different spaces. Starting tomorrow, both of the teams won't be together anymore except for the games. Quidditch games will be held on Saturday. Anything you would like to add George?"

Mounting the brooms
George listened carefully to the people who spoke after her. Let's see: Marina, referee, Draven, chaser, Simon, seeker, and... Akim? No, Akemi, that was it, keeper. Okay, she could remember that. Referee, chaser, seeker, keeper. Alright.
She looked at Dexter as he spoke. Both rules were quite simple, however, stick to them could be a little bit hardest than it seemed. George was pretty sure she would probably feel tempted to broke a nose or pushing someone off from their broom whenever she fell pissed off, but being a co-leader that was kind of impossible. If rules applied for the members, the captains had to follow them even more strictly. Much alike to what she had to do with her brothers when her parents weren't around.
Practices were... Well, a lot actually. It seemed kind of overwhelming. Honestly, if she wasn't that capable she would have quit, or maybe she wouldn't have even agreed with doing the whole thing with Dexter. But that wasn't the case. Plus, now she was in, and frankly looking forward to the training. It would be kind of weird for her, specially since she hadn't really talk to that many people during the year, but she was quite confidant that it would definitely work, even with just a little effort. She had to observe her teammates, but she had arrived late, so she would probably re-meet them on the next training before the first game.
She doubted a little when Dexter asked her if she had nothing to say. She took a few seconds to think. Positions, names, rules, place, meetings, matches, schedule, teams... It surely seemed to be all of the list. Was she forgetting something important? Man, she didn't want to make a foul out of herself but honestly she couldn't remember anything else.
"Hum, no, nothing crossing my mind right now. I think we have it all covered so far; at least..." she looked at her the rest of the group. "Err, I don't know, does any of you have any questions about this?"
