Hello! I have taken over the club, and would like to add a few things. This is now for planning out where we will explore, and if it is a place that all members can get to, because some places you need an OOC item like with hogsmead.
The rules are mostly the same!

We will start planning where we will explore first! How I will have it play out IC, is that Quinn would send out an owl. Stating that the first meaning will take place, also how she will be waiting for an owl in response to that. The owl will look something like this,

what two locations do you have thus far- I was thinking since everyone in the club will year up soon, maybe we could do Keeper of Grounds and Keys

I didn't have any in mind! As I want us all to have OOC options, But IC the will only be two. We can do that, but as I have read it dose take a while to year up the players, we won't all year up at the same time. We can still do that, if people are ok with waiting XD

We can always choose two 'first year' locations for our first adventure. Then, next fall, we can choose other locations. Would that work?
And then, as we rope in new first years, we can always induct them on solid Hogwarts exploration techniques for one adventure, and then a more advanced adventure for the rest of us.
And then... as the year goes on and more firsties join, there's be enough members, perhaps, to run concurrent threads? Hogsmeade or something for the older students and the quidditch pitch or something for the younger ones, which older students could also take part in.
Something for you to think about to keep the club active and interesting to more players!

Colin! Those are great ideas!! I plan on keeping all of my clubs active, so that's a great way of keeping this one active!
