Just a random question, but will I be notified when he is approved? and how will I start his Ency?

Usually the higher-ups will send you an owl regarding your approval and if you subscribe to the forum you will get notifications when someone posts something. I tend to just check back on the iNPC update page all the time to see if I was approved etc... as well.

You do not start his Ency, the professors will start it for you.
