Appearance - Charles has blond hair. His blond hair is neatly kept. He is above average for his age and towers over most of his peers. his face his white and pure and his eye color is black.

Personality - There is a certain amount of intimation when it comes to him because of his height and because of his family line. He can be at times Arrogant and believe that he won't get in trouble because of his family. To those that know him he is calculating and always watching and learning from those around him. He is not afraid to defend his friends or to trick others into doing things for him. He takes great delight in tricking lesser students than himself into doing things.

History - Charles comes from a pureblood wizard family who have all gone to Hogwarts and were sorted into House Slytherin. Charles grew up being told that one must always do what they must to achieve their goals but in a noble way. When he was five years old he was told that if he wanted a toy he would have to be cunning about it. And so he was, He tricked his own family member to get the toy for him

Following in the footsteps of his mother and father who are both wizards and who both believe that only pure-bloods should be allowed to go to Hogwarts. With this upbringing Charles does not like muggles or others his family considers “Nonpure “ , Charles was raised in a proper household and taught proper manners. But he is ambitious as well always seeking out opportunities to better himself
