The Fool
Okay, so her babbling wasn't very popular.
Rosie dealt with baby tantrums before, so she figured she was ready for anything the younger years threw at her. Regardless, Sylvie's sudden outburst shocked both her and Thomas, apparently. Her eyes went wide for a moment and she stiffened up. She wasn't scared of the Gryffindor by any means, but that shout wasn't something she expected to come out of her mouth. Though, honestly, she couldn't be shocked, a lot of the younger years were... Peculiar, to say the least. Sure, her own years had a fair share of problems, Quinn was incredibly violent sometimes, Max was just a full on psychopath at times, and Reid had the emotional capacity of a walnut, but she forgot that the younger years weren't all just... Stupid kids.
Though she should've expected that with Thomas. Even with just meeting him, she could tell he wasn't on the same naïve wavelength as his fellow classmates. The boy was paranoid. It was more obvious now since Rosie had seen him reach for his wand. But by the time she looked back to Sylvie, a finger had touched her lips. Her expression relaxed, and was replaced with confusion as an eyebrow rose. At her determination to help her, and to keep her from doing... Whatever that was, Rosie just smiled. "Alright, Sylvie! I trust you. If you guys insist then... I guess I won't say no to help." She wasn't completely on board, but also what the fuck??
Looking for a sense of sanity, her eyes fell to Thomas, who seemed to just agree. Rosie managed a nervous smile and nodded. "Ah, yeah, you've got a point. They could use some better chefs, huh?" She remarked, turning to the two. "So, what do you guys suggest?"

The looks of surprise and confusion on her two companion's faces appeared to somehow bewilder Sylvie, as though she was entirely unaware of the fact that her outburst was unfounded and out of the norm for her... Well. In a way. The young Gryffindor had always been loud and shouty, but usually it was directed at nobody in particular, her being one to try and scream into the heavens at any given moment. Maybe they were feeling a little jumpy from her totally and completely accurate prophecy? Whatever. As long at they were on board, Sylvie would have no issue!
At Thomas' attempted dousing of Sylvie's flame worked a little bit. After he decided to concede and allow Sylvie to drag him along in her plans to become a nutritionist. She felt as though she was more than qualified anyway! A duelist had to keep fit, after all. AND her dad taught her about protein shakes when she was home last! That was everything she needed to know, right? Cooking was easy, after all... She need only know Rosie's medical information. No time to worry about such frivolous things now, however. There was work to be done... She'd find those things out eventually.
