Did you know that he calls me homework thief? The reason why is really ridiculous, and I did not steal his homework. I wonder why he thinks I did..?

Yes, I believe Noah is doing this because he knows I can't handle early mornings for some reason.

I end up being very clumsy, grouchy and a downright displeasure to be around sometimes. I wonder if that's what he wants to see. As usually I'm not like that at all.

Actually, I did hear that about you guys! I think Noah calls you that because it's an affectionate way of referring to you, maybe he likes you? I don't know.

I think a lot of people now know about you being 'homework thief', I don't think that's ever going to go away. So good luck with that on your side, I guess.

Hum.. why does he want you to be grumpy? I mean… maybe he just doesn’t think of what other peoples preferences are? Or maybe he had something else planned for the after noon?
Do you really think he likes me? I would have never guessed it. Should I say something? I mean… Noah is like the opposite of me - but… Should I say something? I feel so clueless.
As for it going away… I don’t think it will either. I should come up with a nickname for him in return. Do you have any ideas? I think he has been called Dorkasouris… should I use that? I feel like that is a tad mean though. I don’t want to be mean, you know?

I have no idea what goes on inside Noah's head but he definitely has some kind of agenda going on there! There's so much we don't see behind the scenes, I wonder what he does when he's alone and planning for these meetings.

It's something to think about.

Hm, I'm not sure whether you should mention something to him.

After all, I could be wrong about this. It's just that I know sometimes guys tease and mess with girls they like and give them the wrong impression about them. So Noah could be like this but at the same time he might not be. Therefore...

Maybe I'll try and ask him about his preferences.

Dorkasouris? It sounds like an interesting nickname. Does it have any particular meaning behind it, you think? If you wanted to call him that, maybe test it out a little beforehand? Like use it and then carefully watch him.

If his reaction is annoyance, fine. But if he seems upset, then don't. I mean, if you don't care about how he takes it, then you don't need to worry at all. But if you do care... My thoughts tend to be all over the place when I write letters.

I apologize for this.

I'm going to go see if the house elves can whip up some tasty treats. If they let me, I might even make some myself and bring them back to my room. It's a shame we aren't in the same House, or we could do late-night trips to the kitchen to try and weasel the house elves into letting us bake a bit.

Dear Kim,
He certainly has an agenda. And… I don’t think I’m going to say anything to him- Noah is a mystery to me. As for Dorkasorus- he mentioned being called that by his brother I believe. Or maybe is was Page? I don’t know- he did mention it before.
It honestly is a shame that we are not in the same house- but maybe it is a good thing. I feel like we would cause mischief if we were together- and probably get detention for going to the kitchen too often.

It's been awhile since my last letter.

But I'm still here! I've been really busy lately though and because of this I haven't had much time to sit down and rest and relax to write anything. Plus, we've been seeing eachother way more often now in all the clubs we're in together. So it's not like you haven't heard from me in ages.

To answer your last letter.

Who is Page? The name sounds vaguely familiar.

But I can't place it right now. You are probably right, we'd become known as the Chef Pranksters. Or the CP. The couple who isn't a couple. Hahaha! I have to admit, it would really be kind of amusing, imagine what it would have been like! Anyway, so we should write down our thoughts about the event.

I mean OUR event.

We decided on an exercise routine with an animal theme. Prizes would be snack-bento boxes with a bonus chocolate frog too. The snack-bentos would be 1/2 healthy and 1/2 unhealthy. It would include things like cookies, vegetables, fruit tarts and caramel apple slices. Exercise routines would be a mixture of both upper and lower body ones. After all, some might want to work out their arms and others might just want to work out their legs. We could do cards with the actions that would correspond with whatever animal path they choose.

I was so happy to get your letter! I was just thinking about sending you one, so it was great to get yours. I was worrying you forgot about me!

Ok; Page. I think Noah means Juni- Juniper Kelly. She had to leave though… Around spring break? I haven’t seen her in the dorms, and I think that explains why Dravy (Draven Mirador, you do know him?) seemed off. He is quite a nice guy, but he seemed off when I met him in the Owlery. To be honest, I was a mess so .. that might have been why.

That sounds about right for our event. So detail: cards do work. As for the workouts: what if we did like running (in place or for a path?) as a cheetah, and stuff like that!

Do you have any other ideas?


Also I have a question. Do you want to be my Vice President for the Martial Arts Club? I know you have the expertise, and I know you better than the other members. Let me know your thoughts- you don’t need to accept if you don’t want to.

Miss Sunshine!

I could never forget someone like you! You bring joy and life to everyone! It's why you're like the sun.

But seriously, I love talking to you all the time. Whether it be with a quill and parchment or in real life. It always makes me smile when I get a letter from you, or see you around the castle. Ah, I didn't know that was what Noah called her. I used to call her June. Me, June and Draven would sit together in the History of Magic classroom and play pranks on the students there. Well, at least me and June did.

I miss her a lot, even though we're still in touch via letters. But it's not the same thing, when you've gotten used to seeing them and interacting with them on a regular basis and then they're gone... even if they talk to you in letter format, you can't help but miss them. Anyway, enough about sad things like this, this letter is to make you feel better!

Right?

So, moving on! Ah, but yes. Draven is one of my friends too.

We used to be a trio together actually, although I was closer to June than I was to Draven. But I still see him often.

That reminds me, I have to spend more time with him or he might think I've forgotten about him. Not that he'd ever say anything relating to this. Wait, you were a mess at the time you saw him at the owlery? Was that when you heard from James before he left? I remember you telling me about it when it happened, I just hope you feel a little better about it now.

I like seeing you smile, not cry, a sun shouldn't cry and feel bad, it should shine happily! Anyway, I have to go and study for our upcoming exams for the end of the year. I know it's early, as it's still April, but May is coming very soon. And June is our last month before we graduate. Studying earlier is always a good thing. Hope to hear from you soon!

Also, one last thing, I like your ideas for our upcoming event, we should do that! When you get back from summer we should think about how we might want to set things up. I'm going to miss you at summer camp though, I don't know if you've heard but I'm on the planning committee this year. As for your request, sure I can do that. You know I'd do anything for you when it comes to helping you out with clubs.

Dear Kim,
Sunshine? Am I really like sunshine? I mean.. I’ve heard a few people (Colin in particular) refer to me as such, but never really believed it. I do try to be a happy and positive person- and I hope it makes others happy or at least smile as well!

It is tough when people leave and you only have owls to keep in touch. That’s great that you are still in contact with her!

And it would be cool if maybe you me and Dravy could spend some time together. I would love to get to know him better, and maybe my eternal positivity (yours and Colin’s words, not mine) will take his mind off of things. It’s the least I could do to repay him.
Yes it was just after I got the owl from James about him leaving. I can’t believe that he didn’t tell me in person! But it’s done and all, so now I’ve decided to focus more on myself and my friends and such.


Yes I would love to plan more once I get back from Poland. I’ll make sure to bring you some of the vanilla extract, and maybe some of the vodka as well, if the staff would permit it. I’m not sure they would, since it’s alcohol, but you never know.

I've heard it before from various classmates and even upper years too! You have more of a reputation for being like sunshine than you know! But don't worry, it's a good thing, and everyone will want to gravitate towards you because like the sun, they all revolve around seeing you all the time.

Yes, I'll have a word with him about it and will see what he says. Sometimes, he likes to keep to himself though.

I hope you have fun in Poland!

You'll have to tell me all about it when you get back next year. I'll write you some letters while you're there, although I'm not entirely sure if you'll be able to get them and respond or not. But it'll be something that will let you know what's been going on over here during your absence.

That way when you return, you'll know a little of everything and won't feel as if you've missed a ton.
