Pre-Hogwarts History

Ann Lunette Enydd was born on July 15, 2010, in the small market town of Brecon, Wales. This small town is located in the county of Powys, east-central Wales. With the town being within the border of the Brecon Beacons National Park, there is an abundance of lush mountains, moors, forests, pastureland, lakes, and valleys. Brecon has been the hometown of her pure-blood family for many generations, going back to the 18th century. The majority of the Enydd family was sorted into Ravenclaw or Slytherin, and on a rare occasion got into Hufflepuff or Gryffindor when they were of age to attend Hogwarts. After Hogwarts, the majority of her family went into occupations like Magizoologist, Potioneer, Alchemist, and Breeder. They passed down the knowledge they earned from their occupations to their children to continue their legacy.

Garrath Alwin Enydd is her father and Ravenclaw alumni, he went into the Magizoologist/Breeder field of work. Studying beasts of all kinds local and not local to the area, all within the comfort of his home’s property. Using the forest and mountains surrounding their home, he is able to care for his beasts and give them a home whether it be temporary or permanent.

Menna Cari Enydd is her mother and Slytherin alumni, she went into the Potioneer field of work. She also works from the comfort of home in her own potions room, where she takes orders from all over the world by owl. Customers can order singular potions or in bulk, as long as they give a sufficient amount of time to make the potions.

From the age of 5, Ann was home-schooled by her parents with the basics like reading, writing, geography, and other subjects that are relevant to her wizarding life. As well as incorporating stuff from their occupations to get her comfortable to the wizarding world. With her father, if the beast was tamed, he would let her interact with the beasts like a Niffler. With her mother, she would have Ann help her shop, gather, organize, or prep ingredients needed for her potions.

When Ann was the age of 7, her family was attending the Quidditch World Cup. As you may know, Ann does not like massive crowds and can quickly become overwhelmed from them. On the way to the stadium from their tent, Ann was separated from her parents in the throng of people. She was scared and quickly becoming disoriented from the people surrounding her, words bunching together and the world starting to spin. Suddenly, the people that were surrounding her were forced away a good 5 feet (152.4 cm). No one was severely injured but the shock of what just happened caused Ann to freeze up with labored breathing. Her parents who were worried sick and looking for her, rushed over when they heard the commotion and to her side. Her father hugged her and whispered reassuring words to her, in hopes to help her calm down. Her mother went to check on everyone that was affected and found only minor injuries like scratches and bruises. Once her mother was done checking on everyone, they packed up their tent and went home early.
