What is your favorite thing to eat when sick?

Beef and Barley soup with crackers, I honestly am not a fan of chicken noodle soup. Sorry for the strange question guys, I am getting sick and this is the only question I could think of.

I have the hardest time eating while I am sick…. So practically nothing

ok, I know I should probably know what instant noodle is but I don't like to go shopping and I can't have anything with gluten so I assume that has gluten what is that
