Info: Kim uses the bubble charm to float bubbles towards Mei's face as they are walking or standing around somewhere nearby. He keeps doing it from a short distance away and while he's hidden. So it's kind of an annoyance prank. The others in the club could try and prevent the target from leaving the area, until around five minutes have passed.

[b]Potential Pranks[/b]:
- Sage's idea: We all randomly pull numbers and that person has to prank there head of house. You are going to be making pranks before we draw the numbers.
- Set up a bucket of water above the bathroom door and rig it so that it will dump the contents onto someone's head when they open the door.
- Switch someone's quill with a sugar quill and then give it back to them after without them seeing. You don't want to steal them, that's not nice!
- Find someone who is reading a book and get someone to distract them. When their attention is distracted, switch that book with a different book.
