Long term rp partners

I know there is an RPG Partner Requests thread, though I wanted to make this one solitary thread so it doesn't get lost within the other posts in that thread.

5th Years (4th years would depend) and Up
I am [currently] only interested in long-term RP partners whose characters are 3rd years or above. However, if you are a younger year don't feel discouraged with owling me with ideas. My character's personality makes it a bit hard to interact with younger years.

Jay Victoria is a loner, in the past, they had a best friend Lily Gray though in their second year during the summer she was tragically taken away by her mother to go back to her home country. Every time they found someone to connect to within the first two years at Hogwarts they seemed to abandon them and ignore them completely. For someone as cold as Jay Victoria, they have grown to feel a sense of hurt from the loss of friends.

It would be good for them to find one or multiple people in which they can develop meaningful friendships for the next many years at Hogwarts.

Jay still currently has a dislike towards muggle-borns, all blood types are okay though if becoming friends with Jay may require lying about being muggle-born.

All houses are okay.

Enemy/ies

Jay Victoria has no current enemies, simply people they dislike. In the past, they've had some enemies but all of them have disappeared just like their old friends... Everyone seems to grow tired of Jay. Jay may not be purposely looking for trouble but sometimes they can't keep their mouth shut and offend someone, or in other cases, Jay gets easily offended by others.

All houses and schools welcome, there is a higher chance of Jay becoming pissed at a student from another school, any blood types are okay too.

The enemy status doesn't have to last forever, it may develop into a friendship, etc.

Romantic Interest/s

Jay Victoria's romantic life has been a mess, they undoubtedly have crushes left and right on every redhead My character liking redheads was such a funny unintended thing that happened, it's canon now! they see that's their age or older. This relationship will start off as a friendship and then turn into whatever we plan. For this though, it would be preferable to be either in the same year as Jay or one year above.

All houses, blood types, and genders are welcome.

You can either owl or post in this thread if interested. Long term to me means over two years or more, breaks are 100% okay as I take them myself.

I am flexible with different posting speeds, as for lengths my limit of words is between 200-500 (on special occasions 600-800).
