I do too!

I have a bad habit of chewing the side of my finger raw when I'm nervous (honestly i don't even realizing i'm doing it until my finger reminds me that it hurts)

I have a bad habit sort of like that, I actually pick my skin raw when my anxiety is at it's highest I recommend fidget rings, however some work well some don't .

I have a bad habit of getting angry at bullies even when they're bullying someone else (usually someone smaller than them) so I always step in and have a big argument with them I can't just walk away I can't
