I understand how it is an extra effort, but... Staff can't move up 1000s of players manually every year, this way they have a list to go through.

well yeah that makes sense, but my main problem is not being able to speak with anyone before actually making your profile is my whole deal
so like i was stuck on specifically what to do, and it would make things so much easier if we had a lounge where people can talk to helpers that can point them to what they need to do

I see what you mean, but is there anything specific you found difficult or you found was not well enough explained in the welcome letters? i understood the welcoming letter but im the kind of person who gets a lot of his ideas by bumping it off someone, when i plan something out i can write pretty well, thats why i like to plan stuff out. but since i couldn't talk to anyone until after my validation, it kinda messed me up and caused me to take a while to make my profile
