With @Simon Kincaid
Vanessa hated going to the library. She wondered why it was raining now and not another day. Like everything else, the weather was playing against him.

'You're exaggerating, Vanessa. You will only go to the library. And now you have a reason to do homework.'

As Vanessa struggles with her inner voice, she realizes that she has just arrived in front of the library. Vanessa was delighted that the library was nearly empty. Because there would be no noise.

'Shut up inner voice'

'Look, something will happen. otherwise you weren't so lucky.'

While the library's lamp is squeezing around, a book appears in front of Vanessa. As soon as he picked it up to examine it, a bookshelf fell on him. Vanessa groaned involuntarily. She involuntarily let out a small curse. She tried to move his feet. Thank god his feet weren't broken.
He tried to move the shelf. But the shelf didn't move an inch.

'Didn't I tell you something was going to happen? But who cares about the inner voice? It sure isn't you.'

'You were the one who forced me to the library, but the inner voice.'

'If you hadn't gone, neither would you.'

Hoping that @Vanessa Hera is alright

Simon was busy with his head buried in his notebook, having a sort of breakthrough with one part of his song he had been working on nearly all year. He didn't notice whatever caused a stirring that caused one of the bookshelves to his right to tilt forward. He looked up to the sound of books slipping forward and dropping to the floor. Oh that was going to be quite a mess for the poor library elves. Simon got up from the wooden table he had been sitting at and came over, discovering quickly there was a girl there.

"Oh, are you alright?!" he said quickly, bringing his hands to brace the edge of the case and gently and slowly moved it forward, pushing it back to its normal position. He didn't know if it had been reckless students running by that caused it to fall like that or what but he hoped the girl was alright. "Come, sit down," he took her hand and began to lead her toward the table he had been siting at and where his notebook, quill, and satchel still rested. He walked with her slowly, making sure she was able to walk and grateful to see that she seemed to be okay. He would go pick up the books later. "Gently now."

When the girl sat down at the table, she came to herself. She wished she hadn't fallen so suddenly. Maybe she escaped. Vanessa turned to the man and began to speak.

"Thank you. It fell suddenly before I knew what it was. I don't know if they were pushed or something else. But I didn't do anything"

'You're exaggerating a bit, Vanessa'

'I noticed'

"Em, what are you studying so before the shelf falls on me. Actually, I don't like studying, but I think I'll understand."

I was the one who just fell on a big shelf, right? What kind of normal behavior is that, Vanessa?'

She looked around. There was almost no one else. as if something else was going to happen. There will be a short silence.

Vanessa thinks it's better and tries to stand up, but with a sudden dizziness, she sits back in her chair.

'What did you expect? The big shelf fell on top of it. To get up and go?'

"I guess I didn't say my name. Oh how rude of me. My name is Vanessa. Vanessa Hera. What's yours?"

'What are they making you drink, Vanessa? How did you become like this?'

Introductions with @Vanessa Hera

"Sometimes there's some punk kids in here causing disturbances in the Library," and he could see that happening with not much time left in the school year. There was always those few students who went the entire school year without a detention and decided they would take these last weeks and do everything and anything they could to try and get one. Simon didn't understand that way of thinking personally.

"You sure you're alright? Can you move your foot alright? Any scrapes or bumps from the falling books?" Simon knelt down so he could get a more 'eye level' look at her and check her out. Maybe he was just a second year student but he knew some first aid back from his scout days. She seemed to be okay, miraculously, and he hoped that she wasn't in any sort of pain.

"It's nice to meet you Vanessa Hera," he repeated the name so hopefully he would remember it. Determining that she was probably okay, he sat down in the chair near hers. "I'm Simon. Simon Kincaid," he said and brought his hand out to her. He was still a firm believer in the formality of an introduction and a proper handshake.

Vanessa by looking Simon:

I have nothing to worry about. I was dizzy from getting up suddenly, that's all.

She squeezes Simon's hand.

'It's been a little late, but at least it wasn't hard'

"I don't really like libraries, the outside is more appealing to me. One day I came to do something different and this happened. Do you come to the library a lot Simon?"

Vanessa looks at Simon with questioning eyes. Curiosity kills human , but more than curiosity, he wanted to get to know Simon. That didn't count. There is a short silence.

"Who are your family, do I know them, are they alright, Would they love me if they saw?"

Vanessa took a deep breath at the end of her sentence because she forgot to breathe while saying this.At that time, her inner voice intervened:

'Why did you ask the last question, Vanessa? He'll get it wrong now.'

'I don't know either, inner voice. But we learned that I don't have a brain. That's something.'

'Something we finally agreed on'

'Even broken clock is right twice a day inner voice'
