Read in chat earlier that Mei and Sienna experienced a couple near-miss (but no less sorrowful) acts of violence in their schools. Please keep them and their friends (as well as the perpetrators) in your prayers!

Reflection:
In everyday life, it is not uncommon for people who easily follow the crowd to be labelled as "sheep". The real sheep, the animals, do have a tendency to follow only the voice they are most familiar with, and thus in a herd all of them move in crowd in accordance with their shepherd's voice.
All of us, whether we like it or not, are sheep in some ways: we often follow the call of the voice we're most familiar with. Thus, the question is: whose voice is it that we follow? Is it the voice of the "media"? The voice of pop trend?
Ideally, of course, it should be the voice of the Good Shepherd - Jesus Christ, our Lord and God. When we follow His voice, media and pop trend and material goods will no longer be a temptation; rather, we'd remember that we must use them responsibly, or even to the greater extent they can be used to introduce others to God and remind them of His good news.
Let's build a habit of listening to God's words and we'll find comfort in His voice.

Despite being scattered, we still kept up our Faith and proclaiming what we believed. The early Christians were persecuted and often killed, and our faith still stands. This shows that God can conquer all, since He made all. Nothing is better or worth more than Him. All things can not compete with the sacrifice of Jesus’, when He died on the cross to forgive OUR sins.
Psalms 87.1B-3, 4-5, 6-7
No matter our differences, Jesus accepts us all. K matter where we are from, who we are, what we look like. We are all part of His family. We should follow His example and accept all others. Remember, we are all just human. Don’t let our mistakes and others mistakes get in the way of our Faith. We are bigger than that- we let in get in our way at times though.
John 10.22-30
This is a good reading- one that shows how often Jesus proclaimed that He was the Messiah, and how often the people didn’t understand. We, he flock know his voice. We run away from those stranger proclaiming other things, because we know that they are not Jesus.
‘ Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe’ - that is who we are. Keep firm in your beliefs; keep listening to the voice of Our Shepherd, Jesus Christ.

@Bailey Glade I think your reflection is nice! The point of doing this activity is simply to help ourselves getting used to read the Holy Bible daily, reflect on how the passage(s) relate to our lives (and therefore how we can improve ourselves), and of course to help each other! 
So in short: no wrong or bad reflection.
And yes, let's pray for the HIO staff and all who have affected by the tragedy.
