Little six year old Sienna threw open the curtains to her window and smiled brightly at the just rising sun. It was a beautiful sight looking out at the morning greenery. That's why every day she awoke just before the sun rose so that she could witness the beauty of nature before starting her day. Today was a Saturday in which she didn't have any plans at all. The sounds of her little brother crying from the next room told her that the rest of her family would soon be awake as well. Climbing off her perch near the window, she skipped happily downstairs.

"Good morning!" she exclaimed coming into the kitchen to meet the rest of her family. "Morning Sienna! What's all this energy about?" her older sister, Elena, questioned with a smile. Sienna shrugged, "Do I need a reason?" Her sister smiled wider at her optimistic attitude.

Her mother came in to the room with her baby brother. "Morning everyone, it's nice to see you all up so early." Next came in her father with a stack of papers and knick knacks. Her father was always tinkering with something, as he was an inventor, and today was no different as he sat down and began to scribble down notes.

After a quick breakfast, she decided on going out for a walk through the forested area just a short distance away. The trees and plants made her feel at home, and besides, it was one of her favorite places to go to. Her arms brushed up lightly against a branch as she walked, getting farther and farther into the woods as she went.

Soon, she was deeper in them then she had ever been before. Spotting a place underneath one of the trees where the roots separated to form a spot just big enough for her to sit in, she went over to it and sat down. She took out a well worn small notebook from her pocket, along with a pencil and began to write. She looked up at the forest scenery around her and sighed contentedly. This was perfect.

Nearly Three months since the accident. Henry found himself feeling alone, different from the rest of his family. An outcast. Spending most days in his room, reading while his twin stayed out of the house trying her best to avoid him.

The seven year old found himself wishing to turn back time. To erase the event that occur on all thise nights ago. Arthur was there but during the school year they resulted to owls with him at school and Henry at home. The distance between his brother and him left him feelinf more alone....

The child was spending the morning reading a book in the family room after he made breakfast for himself and his twin. Annabeth, his twin ate in the dining room as she swung her legs and hummed the tune of a song when their father; Luke came down that morning. Fully dressed. Briefcase in one hand and smile on his face. The two children peered up, it was a strange sight to see the man smiling. He doesn’t normally do it often anymore ever since that night.

Henry tuened back toward his book when Luke spoke"I have some business in Ireland to handle and it will take me about a week so I figured you can come along and we can turn it into a holiday of sorts," Henry didn't answer, he didn't want to leave his home. His safe heaven where Arthur's letter would be arriving any moment now.

"We will be fine here alone," Annabeth half-hearted commented as she continued to eat the mini pankcakes that she cooked with Henry moments ago. Henry nodded to his twin's words keeping his eyes on the pages of his book. Luke look over ay his children, not pleased of their reaction nor how they spoke to him as he cleared his throat, "I wasn't asking, both of you go pack a bag and we leave in a hour for a holiday to Ireland." Annabeth pushed her plate back and let out a lond goaned as she pulled herself from her chair and toward the stairs complaining"this is not a holiday! Your forcing us to come on your work thing!" The girl dragged her feet up the stairs and toward her room to pack a bag a for the week.

Henry remained on the couch, reading. Luke looked at his son, features softening as a part of him wished to understand the mind of his middle child like his wife did. Henry heard footsteps walk over toward him, Luke placed a hand on Henry's hair and gently rubbed it as he spoke"please, Henry. They have forests and brilliant photo areas for you," looking down at Henry who only nodded. He pulled himself off the couch and walked up stairs to pack his bag for the week. Not a single word escaped him. The lad unlike his twin, fell silent since the attack nearly ever talking.

A bag in the hand of each. The family of three took portkey to Ireland where Luke showed them where they would be staying for the week. The bed and breakfast of a wizarding couple.

Standing near the bed and breakfast, bags in the room. Luke checked his watxh on his right wrist then turned to his children as he spoke"I have to handle the ministry till 12 but after I promise we'll have some fun. Until, I return stay near the area and stay together," a nod toward his children then the man turn and went off in one direction. Leaving the twins alone.

Henry held his muggle camera close to him, fingering the buttons on it as Annabeth crossed her arms and eyed her brother. The twins haven't held their close relationship since that night all those days ago. Annabeth drummed her foot impatiently on the ground as she spoke"I'm going exploring," Henry looked up from his camera at his twin's words as he spoke"f...father said we have t...to stay t..to...together and I want t...to explore the f...forest," his stutter still rather overbearing. He haven't yet learned to control nor hide it.

Annabeth rolled her eyes as she complained"well I don't want to be with a monster so I'm exploring alone!" Henry stared at his twin, it hurt when she referred to him as a monster. Watching the girl skip down the street toward the town. Henry turn and headed for the forest, arminf his camera as he looked for photo opportunities.

Walking through the trees, the teen marveled around at the silence. Wondering what thoe of creatures lived there. Taking a few photos of the native floral when a rustling sound cuaght his ears, walking slowly as he peered through his camera. The teen held his breath till only a tree stood between him and the sound.

Stepping out from behind the tree, his finger pressed down and took the picture. Eyeing the camera as the photo loaded and revealed a girl. Looking up, Beney saw her and fidget a little with his camera as he offered a small nod, "hello."

The forest atmosphere was the absolute perfect place for Sienna to write. It fueled her creativity and imagination, making her thoughts a breeding ground for new ideas. Her pencil was flying across the pages of her notebook as the ideas poured onto the page. She found as soon as she finished with one idea, a new and improved idea would come to mind and she just had to record before it was lost in her memory forever.

Her imagination was running wild, and though it meant that she had millions of ideas for her writing, it also meant that she had become a bit paranoid to the natural setting around her. At every little sound her head would snap up to see what had made the noise. Once she realized what it was, usually a squirrel or rodent of some sort, she would become embarrassed with herself for a mere minute before she began to scribble away once more.

Suddenly, there was a snap of a branch, only it didn't exactly sound like a branch. It sounded different, like it didn't quite belong in the forest. She glanced around, her eyes finally locking in on a boy not much older than she was. He seemed tired and lonely, not at all like her current attitude which was much more bright and cheerful, innocent to the horrors that life had in store. He held in his hand a camera, the source of the strange noise she had heard just moments ago.

"Hello," she replied in a bright tone. "I'm Sienna, what's your name?" She didn't want to make him feel uncomfortable, so she stayed nestled in the roots of the tree. The roots offered a sense of security and protection to the young girl, and until she got to know the boy better, she would soak up all the protection they had to offer.

After a moment of staying quiet she tried again to speak to the boy, this time with some empathy. "You seem lonely. Why?" It was a mystery how someone could seem so alone without even saying anything. He just seemed to radiate sadness and that made Sienna want to help him however she could, even if that meant just listening to him. "If you want to talk, I'll listen," she offered with a small smile.

Henry held the camera close to his chest, his grip tightly around the device as his eyes flicker onto the girl that sat intertwined within the roots of the tree. His breathing started to increase, quicken as he pushed his shoes into the forest bed.

His blue eyes shining in the girl, the seven year old wanted to run but found himself unable to. His legs felt unbalanced, stiff as a piece of wood and his mind rattled about as he blinked a few times out of nerves. Still watching the girl. The girl who appeared cloae to his own age perhaps.

"H...Hello," Henry replied back with his stutter fully heard. It would take a few years till the young lad would learn now to control his stutter and emotions. Not quite the introvert social individual that he will blossom to be at the school of magic. Sienna. An word that means a color but came from the name of the earth god.

Henry nodded ever so slightly, shuffling his feet as his eyes dropped before looking up. His heart pounded away in his chest. Taking small glups of air as he spoke"a p...pleasure to m..meet you, S..S...Sienna. My n..name is Henry." He felt his eyes drop towsrd his camera, he never felt comfortable with his stutter. He usually didn't speak, allowing his brother or father to do it for him.

Lonely? Henry slowly brought his head up. Eyes flickering onto the young girl. Did he? He felt alone without his brother or twin... maybe it was that noticeable. Henry nodded a bit, a silent yes to the girl. Unable to bring himself to vocalize the words.

Listen? Talk?! Henry stared at the girl. Cameea held close and tightly in his small hands. Talking seemed like quite a large feat for the lad. He didn't want to be judged or made fun of for his stutter, the reason why he no longer attended the muggle primarily school. Well, that and the fact a tree burst into flames because of him or rather because of the non voluntary magic within him before school one day.

Henry forced himself to breath as he spoke"t...there's nothing t...to talk about, I d..don't have any f..friends, my b..brother is at h...hog-uh boarding s..school and my t..twin is off somewhere." Henry felt his gaze drop towsrd his camera, fingering the buttons as he asked"why are you a..alone, Sienna?"

The boy seemed nervous, almost afraid, but Sienna wasn't sure of what. She didn't think he was afraid of her, but then again, you never really could know what went on inside another person's mind or heart. She could tell that something had happened, something caused him to be so anxious, and as much as she wanted to know exactly what it was that troubled him, she didn't want him to leave because she was prying too much.

When the boy finally spoke, his voice was soft and had a clear stutter lacing his words. He seemed to be slightly hyperventilating as he spoke to her, taking quick breaths of air between every few words. Sienna cocked her head to the side, curious by the boy in front of her. She was certain she had never met anyone quite like him before.

"Henry," she said quietly once he introduced himself. "It means power doesn't it? Seems like a fitting name for you." His power seemed to come more from within though, not physical strength, but emotional.

He nodded just a little when she mentioned he seemed lonely. Admitting to it, but not vocalizing the words. He started to speak quietly, telling her very plainly that he did not want to talk, but not wanting to talk and not needing to talk were two very different things. Her ears perked up when she heard him start to say something before stopping himself. "Were you going to say Hogwarts?" she asked curiously.

He then asked why she was off on her own and she shrugged a bit. "My mother is busy with my baby brother, my dad's probably working on plans for a new invention, and my sister didn't want to come out into the woods with me today. Besides, it's nice to be alone sometimes, with nothing but nature around you." She looked down at her hands, dropping eye contact with Henry for a brief moment before looking back up at him playing with his camera.

It's all good!

Tracing the mechanics of the camera, Henry looked up a bit at the girl. Sitting beneath a tree sounded quite pleasant to the young lad as he watched, tracing his camera patterns in his grip as a way to sooth his nerves and focus on his stutter.

They launch their fists at the tree, and still inists that they see an monster...

Henry repeated the line to himself, silently mouthing the words. The line was suppose to help him with his stutter, say it fully withoit stuttering except he haven't been able to yet. The lad brought his eyes for the girl, mouthing the lines a bit as he held the camera close. Listening.

"uh-" Henry started as he lost his voice. His stutter preventing him to speak, he took a breath and mouth his sutter line to himself once before speaking"it m...means p..power b...but I don't t..think it fits, S...Sienna means r..red and b...brown mix, r...right? The origin was t...the name of a g...goddess which f..fits you," Henry held the camers tigher. He felt his eyes drop, wishing to leave. To run. So no one else would have to hear his failed attempts at speaking.

The teen shuffled back a step, he figured that he won't see the girl again so maybe it would be best if he ran off. Wait...Hogwarts? Henry looked up at the word. She knew of hogwarts?! That would mean she to is from a wizarding family... Benry felt his mind rattle with possibilities as he nodded, a silent yes that he was going to say it.

"Are you a p...pureblood t..to," Henry asked staring at the girl, his feet moving forward ever so slightly as he listened. Watching. A friend who came from the wizarding to whom he didn't need to keep secrets frkm sounded nice but what about his stutter...

Henry looked at the girl, both of them laid alone in a area surrounded by nature. The lad looked down a bit before feeling his eyes flick upon her. He held the camera lower, still tight in his hands as he spoke"I'm s..seven." He heard other kids say their ages at school so figured that is something one would do, he tried to think what the kids at his town did with friends.

"Would... would you like t..to see my p..pictures?"

Smiling softly at his assessment that her name fit her, she glanced down for a moment. She took that moment to truly think about how random this meeting really was. Sienna had purposefully come out into this part of the forest because she didn't know of anyone else who would venture this far out.
For some unknown reason, Henry was an exception to her assumption that no one else came out here. Her finger lightly traced a pattern on the cover of her notebook as a silence fell like a curtain between the two.

Her head snapped back up again when she saw him stumble back a few steps. It looked as if he would be leaving her alone in the forest now. However, he stopped before he took off when she mentioned Hogwarts. It was a temporary lapse of judgement on her part, for if he hadn't been about to say Hogwarts, then she would have just revealed the magical community to an almost complete stranger.

This was not the case though, because he then asked if she were a pureblood as well. "Yes," she responded with a quick nod. "I'm a pureblood." After a slight hesitation she continued, "Truthfully, I don't know too many others who are magic." Her family was all she had needed in the past, but it would be nice to have a friend outside her family who she could talk to and not have to keep magical secrets from.

Henry then told her he was seven, which made him exactly one year older than she was, but that little fact didn't really matter to her. "I'm six, so I've still got a while until I get to go to Hogwarts." She spent many days fantasizing about finally being eligible to go to the school. "I would love to see your pictures," she replied eagerly. She stood up for the first time since he had come and took a step toward him.

The young lad held his camera close to his chest, eyes darting between the roots of the tree. He never have been that social... or knew how to be... usually his twin made friends or his older brother spoke for him. He always had someome to reley on... or did he before the accident.

The teen found his eyes meet the girl's, a pureblood to? Did he find a wizarding friend all on his own without the help of his parents or siblings? The teen offered a softl smile as he spoke"I d...don't have many f..friends w...with magic t...to," The teen didn't, at least he wasn't friends with many of them. Godric Hollow is a fairly populated magical place but he didn't have a lot of friends.... most kids found him to be quiet or werid.

The teen looked upon the girl, Sienna, softly smiling. She seemed nice, she seemed different from the other kids... he hoped that she won't think of him as werid or quiet... he hoped to find a friend in her but didn't dare voice it.

Nodding to her age, one year younger. The teen smiled at thought, they weren't far apart... surely they could be friends right? Eyeing around, maybe he could convince his father of the idea to... to visit esch other or at least send owls. The teen looked back at the girl, getting ahead of his young mind whem he watched her apporch. Breathing, keeping himself from running away as he held his camera out. Flipping through photos of flowers, puddles, leafs falling, rabbits, birds in nests, foxes, decaying trunks, then the one of Sienna sitting gracefully in the forest with the perfect amount of light on her to appear glowing.

Sienna watched, still without moving from her spot between roots, as Henry’s eyes darted back and forth. She couldn’t help but wonder why he seemed so on edge this whole time. As a young six year old though, she didn’t understand what could have made him seem like this. He revealed that he had few magical friends as well and she gave a smile back.

Her parents had taught her about the wizarding community and all the wonderful things within it, but for some odd reason they had built their home in a relatively muggle area in Ireland. Sienna had never gotten up the courage to ask why. She had tried several times, but her parents would carefully steer the subject to something else.

“Well- maybe- I-“ Sienna was finding it much more difficult than she had expected to ask if Henry wanted to be her friend. “If you wanted, maybe we could be friends?” she asked, finally finding the words. “You don't live around here, do you?” she asked. His accent didn’t sound like hers, it sounded more English.

As Henry flipped through his pictures, she was delighted to see much nature photography. He was quite good, that much anyone could see who looked at his photos. The final picture was the one of her sitting between the tree roots, unaware of Henry nearby. She blushed softly at the picture. “Your pictures are really good,” she complimented him.
