This thread is durning summer break in 2021.

As she woke up, Bailey was instantly excited. She was getting her school supplies for her second year at Hogwarts today! Getting and and dressed, she met her mum and they went and got breakfast. After finished breakfast, she walked to the back of the Leaky Cauldron and let herself into Diagon Ally. Bailey gasped when she saw it: it was magical!! No matter how many times she saw it, Bailey was still shocked. As she went from shop to shop getting all of her needed school supplies, Bailey grew more and more excited.
As a reward and a slightly late birthday gift, Bailey went to the Magical Menagerie to get herself pet. They had had animals like dogs, horses and such at their farm, but Bailey wanted a cat! Her mum had told her that she could, and Bailey as totally going to take this opportunity to do so.
As she walked in, Bailey immediately was drawn to a Silver Mackerel Tabby, a baby by the looks of it. Bailey ran over to it, and as her the owner came over she asked, “Sir? Can I have this kitten please? And how much is it?”
As man smiled and looked at the price, he looked back up at Bailey and said “Yes of course. This will be 10 Gallions. What do you want to name her? Do you have an ideas? That is the one think I love talking to the customers about. ”
I didn’t think about that..Bailey thought, and then a name came to her head. “I could name her Twinkle! It matches her silver fur and her blue eyes! And her eyes match mine!”
The man saw her excitement and I clicked the cage and handed the kitten to her. “Yes. Let’s go up to the front desk now, and I will check you out. ”
Walking up the front desk, Bailey and her new kitten had to wait behind a few people before getting to the front of the line.
When the man rang her up, Bailey said “It is 10 galleons, correct?”
When the man replied with a yes, he took the money from Bailey and handed her the change.
As Bailey snuggled the kitten, she and the owner finished up the deal. Bailey also bought some kitten food and a bed. As they left the Menagerie, Bailey made a mental note to thank her mum when she got home.
