Deep Trouble
It struck his head, that he honestly couldn't do these things all by himself. What things you may ask? Well... writing The Scream.
It was only just hot. But the first time he thought it a good idea to write The Scream, or at least, the first copy of it, he knew in his heart, he wasn't a great graphic designer, or author, but he felt the need to include someone other than Lizzy. It was, well, to keep matters simple, he loved Lizzy, and loved that she was on the team, but he felt that the Mystery Writers needed at least one more, two at the max, for the amount of people on the team.
And perhaps- one or two Graphic Designers, or, artists... whatever suited them best. Noah didn't care all too much about telling people about this event, but he did also want this to remain a secret. Hence why the authors are called "Mystery Writers." (OOC: if used elsewhere, I might summarize Mystery Writers as "MW")
Each person he sent it to; Kim, Bailey, Ari, and Sienna Lenoir... all got a rather jumbled letter, all of them with varying messages but still telling them to come to the Lavatory, May 18th, the Wednesday, at eight o' clock in the afternoon.
Noah was not one for breaking rules, and so he intended this talk to be fast, so he could return to his dorm and somewhat torment Nicholas, apparently.@Bailey Glade | @Kim Sato | @Ari Gwild | @Sienna Lenoir @Lizzy Solace

Kim had gotten a rather strange letter.
It was from Noah but it was full of a bunch of jumbled information.
What was he trying to convey to him? At least this time, the designated meeting time was 8:00PM. Not in the morning, thankfully, which made Kim smile.
He'd already gotten tricked, a few times already, to go to a club early in the morning before.
It was about time he had a 'treat', not that it was Halloween anytime soon. Kim made his way down from the fifth floor, as that was where the Gryffindor dorms were, to the fourth floor where the boys lavatory was located. It wasn't the nicest place to carry on a secret meeting, or whatever it was Noah wanted to see him about, but it was away from prying ears. That is, unless someone happened to have a pair of Extendable Ears on them to listen to them speak.
Or were hiding in the lavatory for some reason. But he was sure before a secret meeting started, they would be making sure no one else was there. Kim was currently dressed in his Gryffindor robes, having been too lazy to change out of them. That mindset was rare for him.
After all, he loved his outfits.
But today had been Wednesday and he'd been stressing over tomorrow.
Yup. Thursday. You know what that meant.
Tuesdays and Thursdays were his most hated days because that meant he had flying class.
Earlier, Hana had given him a 'lesson' to help him get better at facing his fear. At least long enough for him to pass the class. So, Kim was feeling drained, physically and emotionally, for once. And when he'd gotten the letter, he'd just decided to go down in his robes. It wasn't as if this was going to be a club meeting, it was just a letter from Noah saying he wanted to talk to him about something. A yawn escaped his lips as he opened the door to the lavatory room.
"Noah?" Kim called out.

@Sienna LenoirWhen she received the letter telling her to go to the Lavatory at 8’oclock on May 18, Bailey was kinda skeptical. Who sent this letter? The handwriting looks like Noah’s…And why choose the bathroom? Particularly the boys bathroom?
Deciding to just go and get it over with, Bailey finished up her day and then headed to the lavatory. When she entered, she saw Noah Jupe and Kim Sato.
this must be something for the Goosebumps club. And that is why we are in the lavatory on the edge of curfew.
See that Noah and Kim were talking, Bailey headed over to where they were and said “Hey guys! How are you both doing today?”
Turning to Noah, she asked “Is this something for the goosebumps club? Or is it for the Theater club? And why did you pick such a late time and the Lavatory of all places?”
Looking around, Bailey saw that the bathroom was actually pretty clean. She was surprised because her brothers were horrible at keeping their bathroom clean at home. Grateful that the boys at Hogwarts kept it neat, Bailey rummages around in her bag looking for her book. It was a book to read for fun and not for school, since she had finished her homework earlier in the day. The book that she had was a muggle classic by the name of The Princess Bride

The door opened and Bailey entered.
Kim was surprised to see Bailey come inside the boy's lavatory.
What was she doing there? And then it dawned on him, could Noah have sent the owl to the members of the Goosebumps or Theatre Club? Was this an impromtu meeting for them?
"Bailey." Kim said, greeting her, and made a face at her words. "Trying not to think about tomorrow. You?" How had Bailey's day gone? Yes, Kim was actually interested, because he didn't want to think about tomorrow's events. From the look of things it seemed as if Noah was expecting someone else to come. So, Kim leaned up against one the stall door's as he waited for something to happen. Bailey took out a book. "What are you reading?"
He should have brought a book.
Damn.
But he hadn't thought they'd be waiting on other people. Or he would have brought something too. Kim continued to look over at Bailey, his gaze direct and intense.
The Gryffindor lightly drummed his fingers against the stall's door behind him and hummed a tune under his breath. How long would they have to wait for the other person to show up? Were all the other members invited to this 'meeting' in the boy's lavatory room? Or was it just one more? "Noah, how many people are we waiting for?" Kim asked as he glanced over at the boy. When he had nothing to do and no goal in mind, Kim got a little impatient.

@Sienna LenoirAs she walked in, she saw shock cross Kim’s face. Clearly it was because she was in the boys lavatory, but she was just following Noah’s instructions.
When Kim asked how her day had gone, she smiled at him and said “It went well. It was a long day and I’m glad it is over, but maybe tomorrow I can reward myself with baking something. If you want to join, feel free to. It would be amazing to have a cooking buddy. I’ve had people volunteer to taste test, but not to cook with me.”
As she settled down, she pulled her book out and sat down to read. She heard Kim ask she was reading. Looking up again, she replied “It’s one of my muggle favorites- it is called The Princess Bride. It’s really good- and it had a bit of adventure and sword fighting in it.”
Turning back to her book, a few minutes passed and then Kim asked Noah how many people they were waiting for. Looking up, Bailey also asked “Yes… who else is coming? Is this something for the Goosebumps club?”
Waiting for a response, Bailey closed her book as to be respectful. She marked her page with a bookmark her brother had drawn for her, and slipped it back into her bag.

Sienna had gotten a rather odd letter instructing her to come to the lavatory on May 18 at 8:00 pm. She had been a bit skeptical at first, she figured it might have been a prank of some sort. She was used to that sort of thing from some of the kids back home and occaasionally here at school too. Nevertheless, in the end she had decided to come because how much would it really hurt if it did turn out to be a prank?
Now she was just outside the lavatory at a bit past 8:00. She entered the room and saw three people already in the restroom. Two unfamiliar boys and one girl she knew and wished she didn't. It was Bailey Glade, the talkative girl she had met in the library a while back. She vaguely recalled seeing the other two around the Gryffindor common room a bit, but she did not know them by name.
"Hello," she began softly. "I, um, got a note telling me to be here at 8:00 tonight. I wasn't sure exactly what it was about though. Anyone care to explain?" She didn't like the small group environment or the conversation she was forced to start right now. It unsettled her a bit. She awaited the answer from any one person of the group patiently but uncomfortably.

Deep Trouble
While she was sitting reading, Bailey wondered how much longer do we have to wait? Who are we waiting for?
Just as she thought this, Bailey heard someone enter. Looking up, it was Sienna Lenoir. Bailey had met her in the library a bit back, and though Bailey had tried to be friends that was not returned. Deciding to be nice, Bailey said cheerful “Hello!” before she could speak.
When Sienna asked what they were there for, Bailey turned to Noah and asked the same thing.
“Yes- what exactly are we waiting for? Is this something for the goosebumps club?”
Bailey knew she had asked this like four times now, but she still had not gotten a response.
Deciding to go back to her book, Bailey continued reading until someone spoke up. When they broke the uncomfortable silence, Bailey inwardly sighed and thought
Thank goodness. Now maybe we will get some answers. I really hope this goes fast- I really want to get to bed. I have classes in the morning and I really need to be alert. Otherwise half of the class will have no notes to study off of- though maybe they should take notes for themselves for once.

Noah saw Kim Sato, Sienna Lenoir, and Bailey Glade when they arrived. He didn't say anything, but he was awaiting for @Ari Gwild.
He heard his name called out several times. "Yes Kim?"
When Homework Thief started, somewhat interrogating, Noah, he covered his eyes and sighed, then perked back up to being happy.
"I'm doing good homework thie- Bailey. Bailey. I'm doing good. Uhh- about that- yes, it's something that has to do with Goosebumps Club, but one thing I have to say about it is, this DOES NOT go outside the four of us, and the other person I'm awaiting on. Oh and about the location- maybe I feel like we should be doing a meeting in the lavatory!"
Noah smiled at Sienna. She seemed to be new here, or rather, new to the club itself. And finally he decided to tell the trio around him what he was intending on telling Ari as well.
"Ok, y'all. I'm the creator of The Scream, and I am looking on expanding the team. Not that it's much of one right now, but I have a vision that The Scream would be more detailed and all. I was thinking Kim and Sienna could write articles, as well as me, and Bailey could design The Scream, the newsletter of Goosebumps Club." Kim considered her offer.
Well, tomorrow was Thursday. He'd need something sweet to help regain his sanity again.
"Sure, why not. Where do you want to meet?" Kim asked Bailey and then his expression brightened upon the girl telling him what the book was.
That was a book he recognized for once! "Ah! That's the book I drew from the Bookworm's Club's meeting that one time! I actually did like it, it was pretty well written." Kim said with a smirk. Yes, a smirk. He tended to have trouble actually getting a genuine smile to come out, unless he was talking about sweets. Maybe it was because of what had happened to him in the past when he'd smiled for people. And they'd used it against him and tried to take advantage of him. Not in that way, but as in connections.
As a result, now Kim thought everyone was trying to take advantage of him due to his connections. So he tried not to reveal his surname and didn't try to smile often.
But lately he was getting a bit better in this regard, which was nice.
Perhaps one day soon, he'd be able to not worry about smiling and do it all the time. It was then that the door to the lavatory opened again and a new face emerged, one that Kim didn't recognize. "Yo." He said, raising a hand in the girl's direction. Yet another girl in the boy's room. And finally, Noah decided to answer their questions. What he said made Kim raise a brow. Write articles? Like the Daily Prophet or the Hogwarts Headliner? Hm, might be fun.
He supposed he could. "As long as it doesn't require me getting up any earlier than I already am, I'm good." Kim said, specifically stating these terms. This time he wasn't going to get tricked into even earlier mornings to prepare for articles. "Who's this other member you're waiting on?" He asked Noah. "Are they also coming tonight?" Kim added, hoping they wouldn't have to wait for them to show up before they could leave here.

Of course, Bailey immediately started talking cheerily, just as she had when Sienna had first met her. It was exactly the same, a barrage of questions and small talk flowed from the Ravenclaw. She rolled her eyes at a position in which Bailey couldn't see the gesture meant for her. Sienna didn't think that she could ever stand that girl's incessant chatter, it was unnatural for one to talk that much and be so irritating about it all. She ignored her friendly greeting and stayed turned towards the two boys in the room.
When Noah announced that it was something for the Goosebumps club, her suspicions were confirmed. Next he revealed that what he discussed would never be allowed to go outside the few of them that were in the lavatory and one other he was waiting on. That was certainly an interesting piece of news. "What reason could you possibly have for that much secrecy? It's not like we're going to be breaking any rules or anything right?"
Noah then announced he needed to expand his team for the Scream newspaper and he wanted each of them present to help with a part of it. And he wanted her to write some of the articles. She loved to write, it was a hobby of hers that she loved very dearly. The only thing that was holding her back from agreed to write some of the articles was the fact that it was a rather important job. If it was an important job then that meant that she would be noticed far more than she wanted to be noticed.
Kim agreed enthusiastically to Noah's offer, but she just couldn't, no matter how much she loved to write. "I don't know if I can accept your offer Noah. I mean, it's really nice and I would love to do it, but I can't." This was proving to be more difficult than she had thought it would be. "What I mean is, I can't accept because I don't want to be noticed for writing the articles. If it were anonymous then maybe I would, but seeing as it isn't..."
