"In the name of Grindelwald..." the purple-haired student sighed as they sat down on the tiled corridor floor.

One hour prior...
The Griffindor entered their dormitory right after eating lunch, they were excited to see their spider once again. They would have brought her to the Great Hall but she appeared to be busy eating a few insects in her web in the corner of the dormitory. Now that they returned, the arachnid was gone! Jay went ahead and checked every corner of the empty dormitory. The dorm was unoccupied other than themself and their spider, Silly Puff gave herself the freedom of building webs everywhere and would usually be in one of them. Thirty-three spiderwebs Jay had counted this morning and they do every morning, thirty-three webs and she was gone.
The Wix started to panic as they searched throughout the entire Griffindor area. Ridiculous!

Now Jay Victoria found themself in the second-floor corridor, about to give up whilst sitting on the floor. They had accidentally killed a handful of daddy's long legs whilst sticking their hand in between unknown brick openings, the lad was very lucky to not have been bit by a deadly insect of sorts. As they looked up, there was a flash of something light pink and very tiny on the corridor ceiling.
"SILLY??" Jay exclaimed, quickly getting up, they could recognize that tiny pink bow anywhere. They stared at it for a second making sure they weren't hallucinating, and the spider started to move across the ceiling. The tiny pink bow was now much more recognizable, "Silly Puff! Come back!" Jay then chased down the hall, their eyes never moving off from the spider on the ceiling.
The fourth-year then bumped into an unsuspecting victim.

@Kim SatoFinishing her dinner, Bailey headed back to the Ravenclaw Common Room. She worked on all of her Homework for her various classes, and she finished them up.
Going to her dorm, she put the scrolls away along with her ink well and quill pens.
Flopping into her bed, she finished reading her book that she had checked out of the library the previous day to read for fun.
As she got up, deciding to go to the library, Bailey had no idea what was going to happen and what she would be doing.
Walking out of the common room and down the corridors, Bailey stumbled when a boy, who looked to be a fourth or fifth year, bumped into her. He had been watching the ceiling, and appeared to be chasing after something.
From the sound of what he had been saying, it was an animal he was after.
Instead of yelling at the poor boy, Bailey decided to help. “Oh!” she said in surprise when he bumped into her.
“Hey… do you need any help?” she continued cautiously. Sometimes people didn’t like it when others offered to help, and Bailey had been turned down, sometimes rudely, because of how happy she always seemed. People seemed to take their negative feelings on her, thinking she was not aware of their feelings.Word count: 225 ish

A lot of people didn't tend to like spiders.
Many thought them gross, scary or just nasty in general and steered clear of them.
Kim did not feel that way about spiders but it wouldn't be his first choice for a pet if presented the option. Then again, he would rather get a spider over a cat. A spider wouldn't try and kill him within the first few seconds of meeting him. Today was a Saturday in April and Kim was feeling in a rather good mood because it was the start of the weekend, which meant he didn't have to suffer through the stress of knowing flying class was coming for him.
Hana's schedule changed randomly, since he was a third year, so Kim never knew when they'd have their usual weekly flying lesson. But he oddly liked being around the boy now.
It was quite a change from when they'd first met.
Lunch had been delicious and he'd just been about to head outside to go for a walk and get some fresh air, when he noticed a familiar face. Kim didn't remember what their name was but he knew they were a Gryffindor like him. After all, he'd seen them in the common room before. Right, they were the one with a spider for a pet, how ironic since he'd just been thinking about arachnids. But it seemed as if something was up with this one at the moment.
Had they lost something? Kim's curiosity was aroused and he continued to watch from a short distance away from them. A series of events unfolded before his eyes, almost like a drama, and they took off after seeing their errant pet, with Kim following them with his eyes. Until they ran into someone. Oh, it was Bailey. Kim's lips twitched into a slight smirk. She seemed to be everywhere. He wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing for him and sighed.
Most likely she would drag him into this too.
Might as well get a head start on her! But before he could do or say anything, she spoke.
Not to him but to them. Kim stuffed his hands into the pockets of his jacket and approached the two. "Yo." He said to Bailey and then turned his attention to the one he didn't know. "You trying to find your pet? I overheard you earlier, you were calling for something called Puff?" Kim asked. "I take it they're a spider? You seem to be looking into crevices and ceilings." He said, showing that he'd been watching him a bit.

"Gah! I can handle myself very much miss," Jay sneered, the girl was a much younger student. The fourth year would not allow to make themself a fool for losing a bloody spider. The Griffindor believed that they could handle themself quite well, at least now they know where their spider is. Another student then piped in, had they seriously caused enough commotion to cause curiousness from outsiders? This boy was vaguely recognizable, Jay could not remember from where. They were both younger students and Jay was significantly taller than the two. The boy appeared to have a sense of what was going on, "Erm yeah, I'm looking for my-" Jay paused as they saw the little arachnid going down, right above the boy's head.
"In the name of Grindelwald..." Jay's voice was barely down to a whisper. They were very much unsure if this would be a good time to snach Silly Puff and possibly crash into the boy or wait for the right opportunity to catch her properly.
"Don't move- Gah!," Jay exclaimed as their spider jumped onto the boys purple hair, the tiny pink bow had come undone and fell to the floor. The Griffindor couldnt help but to chucke in amusement, Jay had been so distracted that it wasnt until now that they realized the boy had the same hair color as them. Did their poor little spider seriously think the boy was actually them due to the hair? Betrayal! Jay thought.

The first thing Kim noticed about them was their hair color.
It just so happened to be the same color as his own was for this particular month.
He briefly wondered if the other engaged in the same practice, or if this color was a permanent one for them. But before he could ask, they suddenly started whispering a curse.
They even began to stare directly at him and Kim tilted his head to the side, ever so slightly. What - but then he abruptly realized what was going on. Their spider must be right above his head or something, and they didn't want him to scare it off again. Kim's initial impression was proven correct when they told him not to move and their eyes went up to his head. Unlike most people, who would probably have freaked out now, Kim remained stationary.
Even when the spider dropped down onto his head and buried itself inside his hair, Kim continued to stand still and watch the student in front of him. "Did you get it?" He asked them, still not moving a muscle. It would be great if they were able to retrieve their pet and better when the spider removed itself from his head. Kim would need to make sure his hair wasn't all mussed up afterward. After all, he didn't like being messy when he went outside.
Inside his dorm or the common room was one thing.
But going out where people would see him was quite a different matter for him.
Not that he couldn't be seen in the common room. But Kim didn't consider it to be a public space. It was more like his home and going outside of it was where you had to look good.

@Kim SatoDude! What did I do? Bailey fumed internally, when the older boy sneered at her that he did not need her help.
Then she turned around- she had heard a familiar voice. It was Kim, her owl pal, VP and friend that happened to be in most of the clubs she was in.
Smiling at him, she said “Hey Kim! Yah… I was going to help him find his spider but.. I’m not sure he wants my help.”
Them the boys said that he was looking for his spider. why did he answer Kim like that??… Bailey’s thoughts trailed off as he cursed under his breath.
When he told Kim to stay still, Bailey looked up, wondering if the spider was above Kim’s head. In fact, it was, and Bailey watched as it fell into Kim’s purple hair.
Looking back at the other boy, Bailey snickered. they both have the same purple hair - I bet the spider thinks Kim is the other boys. What is his name? Did he introduce himself? I don’t think so… but now is not the time. she thought, watching Kim and the other boy, waiting for one of them to move. Not sure on what to do, Bailey just stood there.Word count: 215 ish
