Tri-Cook Club
From the owls sent to the members of the Tri-Cook Club, they would know to come to the second floor and enter the second classroom on that floor at a specific date and time.
When they reached their destination, on the door to the classroom they would see a large banner stretched out and pinned onto the door, ensuring they knew what club lay inside.
Directly underneath the large banner, there was a second banner. This one revealed the nature of today's 'meeting' for the Tri-Cook Club, which was the subject of auditions.
And right beneath that banner was a small note with further instructions.
Once applicants of the club had seen the two banners and read the note, they would be expected to enter the room and wait until the Head Chef and Founder of the club called their name. Today would be the first time they would be meeting the Head Chef and Founder and it is where he will assess you individually and figure out what level you are at. When you enter the room, you will see that the room has been divided into three sections by curtains.
Section 1 is the waiting area, where a large curtain has been set up from one end of the room to the other. There are many chairs placed against the walls for students to take a seat and wait for their turn to come. Section 2 is the audition area, where a large curtain has been set up to curl around the 'kitchen' area where there is an oven/stove and a sink, along with a cupboard full of ingredients students could use. Any outside ingredients are also allowed.
If you can conjure ingredients with a spell that is allowed as well, as long as you don't try and conjure up an entire meal without cooking or baking anything on your own.
Section 3 is where the Tri-Cook Club's adviser is located to make sure nothing goes wrong during the club's activities. This is Hjordis Jensen, Head of Slytherin House who has graciously accepted the position of adviser to help out when it comes to safety purposes and sometimes offer advice and participate in activities. This section is located within the closed off curtained Section 2 but also has an opening that allows her to see the entrance door as well. There is a very cushy sofa and chair combination with a small table before the furniture.
This is designed to make her stay during the club's activities quite comfortable.
She will mostly stay there reading a good book, unless something unexpected comes up during the audition process. Therefore, please do not address her other than a quick hello and pay attention to the club. Focus on your audition and make sure you are very careful when handling sharp utensils and burning hot heat that could hurt you. Cooking and baking is very similar in nature to learning how to cast spells. It requires much focus and dedication.
Knowledge is also important, although pronunciation does not really matter when it comes to cooking/baking as it does when it comes to spells.
