A Letter to Whoever Receives it

I agree with you, it would be awful if muggles found out! They would probably do something stupid, like try to attack wizards or panic or something, and wizards have the upper hand but it is frightening all the same.
It is quite slow to drive a grounded car, but kind of fun too basically a really short train. I bet flying cars are even funner. We have to drive on cement and there's this entire system to keep people from crashing into each other. We have speed limits, too, so we can't go very fast.
When the hat was moving around on my head I just wanted to scream, it was reading my brain or something and I just didn't like it. I actually don't know a whole lot about trolls, other than what they generally look like. Maybe you could describe them more if it's okay?
There's just something about astronomy that I love, I don't know what it is. Curiosity for what's out there, I guess. I used to sneak out at night and camp out on the hills, staring at the stars. I would create detailed charts of the constellations and keep a journal of my observation. I had a telescope, too. I'm not sure if they have telescopes here. Sadly, I left most of my astronomy stuff back home, but I still sneak out every once and a while to look at them here.
Yellow to me just communicates happiness and playful joy. Any other color is fine, but yellow will always be my favorite. Is it just me, or do old books smell great? I don't write as much as I used to for some reason. The passionate spark inside me died out a bit, and I'm just busy. I try to write stories, but ideas are hard to come by for me these days. I'm not sure what to do to become passionate about writing again.
I haven't but that's only because no one has caught me. I go to the Great Lake sometimes past curfew to look at the stars and make observations sometimes, or to just stare at the great big moon reflecting on the water. I come during the day, too. I skip classes to go there sometimes. I like spinning around in the sunlight and laughing like I don't have a worry in the world. If I'm nervous or stressed or sad or angry or whatever, I come to the serene Great Lake and calm down instantly.
We've written a lot of letters already, and it's just been a few days since I sent you that first one! And many more will come. Before long, we graduate our years! Hooray!

It would be 'witch burning' all over again, Haha! So keeping the subject of muggles how did your parents take you being a wizard? Just want to know how muggles would react to that kinda thing.
You say its fun? I'm almost positive you'll change your mind when you fly in a car! There is no speed limit!
I think that the had reads your mind to find out what house you will fit into best! Trolls a very big and stupid, Most of them have massive clubs that they swing around mindlessly! They are unpridaibal and I guess that's why i'm scared of them, I don't know what they will do next!
Don't let the professors find you sneaking out! Then you might get your first detention! Yes we do have telescopes here, You made your own star charts? They sound so cool! What kinds of entries did you put into your journal? If they aren't to personal, And you don't mind sharing.

It would! My parents were actually gone on a business trip when I got the acceptance letter so they didn't know until they got home. They thought it was fake at first, but they had come around by the time I had to leave. They're usually pretty understanding with me. Or maybe they just don't care because they're too busy. One of those. Other muggle parents would totally freak out.
That does sound scary, but I sooooooooooo want to do it anyways.
Trolls do seem scary, golly! I hope they have a good side. I like to think that everyone has a good side. Wow, I would not want to be near a troll.
I hope I don't get caught. Those professors are scary! However, I want to find out what detention is like. I am dunno, just curious. I'm glad you have telescopes here, I might ask the new astronomy professor, Professor Horne, to borrow one. I think she seems nice, I could probably convince her.
I made star charts of the constellations, yeah. I had to research the names and use references, but I mapped out all the stars I could see from several locations. I would put their scientific names and their nicknames as well. The scientific names are usually boring things like M12345 or something, so I name them things like 'Big Red' and things like that.
In my journal, I would record things like if stars have moved or any phenomena I spot. Also the moon phases, things like that.
I know what you mean about yellow. I guess I do have writer's block! I think I will try to write more to get out of this stump.
I know that feeling perfectly well. I always find something interesting there. It would be interesting to meet you. Maybe when we arrive next year we can reveal our identities. Just a warning, I am a lot different in writing letters than I am when I speak to people face-to-face. I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to socializing.

I don't care for meany bugs as well, Well except for praying mantis! I find them very pretty! If there are two trolls who want to be our friend I might give them a chance.
A veela? Well they are beautiful, They have silver-gold hair. They make men fall in love with them... Its not the best explanation, You might be able to get a better one form someone who's part veela. I know there's a few part veela people at hogwarts! Sorry my explanations is not the best.
