Greetings,
I have sent this letter out by owl to anyone willing to write back. I have decided that I will stay anonymous, at least for now, as we exchange letters. It is up to you whether you do the same or not. I should probably go by a pen name, but I can't come up with anything. I'll have to get back to you on that. I hope we can become good friends in the future. Whoever you are, I hope you are doing well and all that.

Today has been quite boring, at least in my eyes. Transfiguration was especially drab. I never will understand the world of atoms and molecules. I wonder if you understand it any better than I do? Anyways, I'm a muggle-born, and you wouldn't believe how different this place is. Are you a muggle-born? I'm a pure blood, But I was raised that people are people and should be treated the same! I don't care about blood satuice. All of it is rubbish. So you being muggle-born is no problem at all!. Hope my pure blood doesn't bother you.
My day was the same as it always is. boring. I think I might explore some things later... But who knows! I wont tell you my year because as you said it might give away to much. It's great to hear that you don't care about blood status. I wouldn't care about pure-bloods, considering that they are these super-cool wizard people. Up until a year ago when the 2021-2022 Hogwarts school year started, I didn't even know what Hogwarts, purebloods, or literally anything at this school was. What was it like growing up as a pureblood? What was your home like?

Its nice to know about things when your going to a new school. I knew all about Hogwarts and what not my parents went here so they told me all there is to know, Im more then happy to help! Well as I grew up I did not know much about muggles, Ok I guess that's not true my best friend was a Muggle. As I grew up I knew all about magic! How its used, and all that. My house was normal at least wizard normal. My mom used magic to do the house work. I guess I don't know how to explain it sorry! But how was it like growing up as a muggle?

So I try and ignore the stereotypes and just see the houses as the place you sleep, And see the people in the houses as people!.

I do quite like things that are normally for boys. In the old days, ladies were expected to be polite and proper and serve men, and wear these uncomfortable dresses and do housework. Boys, however, could get messy and have bad manners and play sports and wear pants and have fun and all of these things... I dunno. Today, it's not like that and girls are pretty much equal to boys, but we're just so stuck up and boring in my eyes. We just form cliches and gossip and walk around and stuff, while boys do fun things like run around and play games. Girls are too mature. Boys have a childish spirit at heart. I am still a girl and I act like a girl and I talk like a girl, and I'll never change that since ladies are still awesome in every way, shape, and form. I hope none of this is offensive!
It's spelled t-e-c-h-n-o-l-o-g-y. It's basically when we use this thing called electricity, a type of energy, to power a metal object and make it do stuff. If you want to get anything done in the Muggle world, you have to work for it. If you want something to move without you pushing it, you have to give it fuel or an energy source. If you want to clean something or light something up or really anything, you have to either do it yourself or use technology. Now that can learn magic I can do things more easily at home. Well, once I'm old enough to.
Obviously, I didn't know about magic, since most muggles don't, up until recently. We would have to do all of our housework manually, grueling task after grueling task, with our own hands. It took forever! We had things called televisions, which is when a screen of glass is lit up to make moving pictures using technology somehow. I don't know how it works. We would stare at them for hours. It was time-consuming but fun.
I am a Ravenclaw, after all. I think I can pull it off, learning all there is to learn.
It seems that stereotypes are pretty big in Ravenclaw too. Some think we are these studious people who just have their heads in books all the time. Some of us are. I am, sort of. Ravenclaws are just curious people who think a lot. It doesn't mean they are star students. Stereotypes are pretty big issues!

Muggles are alright, but wizards are awesome! Up until recently, magic was nothing but a few old stories to me. Fuel and electricity power stuff, yes, but I really don't know how it works. I guess it's just energy being put into something somehow causing it to move. TVs are basically pictures with sound, yes, and it's like a book or something but one you can see. Sometimes they use real people called 'actors' to be the people you see in the picture but other times they draw stuff and that is the picture. My favorite show is a show called Spongebob Squarepants. It's a show about a sponge named Bob who lives underwater and goes on adventures. It's very funny.
Do your parents have a flying car? Boy, what I'd give to see one of those! Anyways, though, Muggle cars are like flying cars but they need fuel to run and they stay on the ground.
Yeah, I thought I would be a Hufflepuff, but the Sorting Hat thought otherwise. I'm secretly terrified of that hat. Its face creeps me out.
I'm doing alright in class, I prefer just learning rather than doing work. I am kind of studious, but when it comes time to do homework I forget about everything I learned and make silly mistakes.
