I was dying of boredom in the slytherin common room. I don't want to study, I guess I can explore more of the castle. I left the common room walked around, and found myself on the second floor.
¨I got the best idea!" I said, ¨I know what I want to explore!
I made my way to the bathroom, I never see anyone go in there and I want to know why. When I reached the bathroom,Which didn't take long. I grabbed the doorknob hoping it wasn't locked. It opens with a creak. As I steped into the room I immediately noticed a dust coated mirror. It did not take a genius to know why no one used the bathroom, It was filthy. A stall door was off its hinges and on the ground. One of the mirrors had a crack in it, And in the sink right below had a small rock. I amuse some current or previous student threw it at the mirror. I was walking around the mess of a bathroom when I slipped on.. toilet water.
¨eww..! how did this even get here!" I sated
It was disturbing, and very very gross. I got up off the floor and kept looking around the bathroom, It was such a mess. I did make my way back to the cracked mirror, and wiped some of the dust off of it. I saw my reflection in it. A girl with shoulder length brown hair and hazel eyes. The mirror worked fine, I don't know how a mirror wouldn't work. before I left I wanted to see the state of the toilets. I walked to the toilets, Careful to avoid the puddle. The toilets where in better condition then I thought they would be in. they, like everything else where covered in dust. I decided I saw everything the bathroom had, and made my way back to the door, thinking that it mite be a good way to avoid people, and get away. With that final thought I left the dirty, abandoned, gross bathroom.

Colin was skulking about looking for some interesting and useful places to go that weren't the common room. Quiet places. Out of the way, where no one else went. Sometimes when you really want a particular snack, you just can't nip down to the kitchens and ask for --- well, maybe if he were working with a hippogriff or something, he could ask for a raw steak and no one would think anything of it. He thought the niche across from the abandoned room would be an ideal place to curl up and read. Recently, even the Library was getting too crowded. He'd snarled at another Gryffindor boy who had accidentally bumped his chair. He was staring to scare himself at times.
He thought he was alone in the second floor corridor when he heard a sound from the doorway across. Sounded like someone found something disgusting! His interest was piqued and he forgot all about hiding places and snacks. He heard some indistinct shuffling noises from inside the room and a girl came out into the corridor. She was a Slythin, too. She must be a first year too, he thought.
He couldn't help but laugh at her. Not meanly but the look of her squelching out of an abandoned room put Colin in a good mood. She must have had an adventure in there! "What happened to you? You're all wet! Are you okay? Did something attack you in there?"
Colin stepped around the girl to look inside. "Are you skulking around, too? Any place is better than the common room, don't you think? I --- whoa! Wicked! Do you know what this place is!?" Colin peeked in at all the dust and broken bits and general ruin of the place.
He looked at the girl and his eyes were wide: "I think this place is --- you know --- the bathroom." He looked around suspiciously to see if anyone else were around and lowered his voice to a whisper. "This is the Troll Bathroom!"

I steped out of the bathroom to see a boy, I know him from the common room only I never talked to him I see him. I think hes in my year as well. Wish I wasn't soaking wet for our first interaction you know what they say about first impressions. Before I can explain why im wet he asks why and if something attacked me.
" Oh well I slipped on some water in the bathroom, No i'm not injured or anything like that." she responded.
"I was exploring I got board of just sitting in the common room, I wanted to know why people never used the bathroom needless to say I found out its a mess." she stated to the boy.
I looked at him to see his eyes wide. He tells me that the bathroom is "the troll bathroom"
"the troll bathroom? Dose a troll live in there?"I asked frantly, I was now worried why was it called the troll bathroom. I was panicked. "or did a troll one live in there? Or is it just a stupid nickname?" I added. I really hope it was a nickname, Troll terrify me. They were my biggest fear, they are Big!

"I'm glad you're not hurt, just a little wet! But --- a stupid nickname? No! I don't think so." Colin peeked around the door, just to make sure no actual Trolls would suddenly appear to attack them! His eyes were still wide as he recounted the old tale.
"This has to be the place! You know, the Story of the Golden Trio? Weasley and Granger and Potter? Some teacher brought this Troll into the school, probably for a class project or something, and it got loose. And then Granger was was wandering around too. Maybe she was exploring for places to get away from people too! She ended up in here. In this very bathroom! I think the Troll was only trying to find its way out again, but it ended up here, too. And then Weasley came along, found the Troll attacking his girlfriend and he fought it off! He levitated the Troll's club right out of its hand, lifted it up to the ceiling and then --- THUNK! --- dropped it right on the Troll's head! Twas brilliant! It's kind of hard not to feel bad for the Troll, I guess because they're kind of stupid. But really, he shouldn't have been attacking a girl."
Colin nodded in appreciation of the tale. "If a Troll army ever gets into Hogwarts again, I'd love to have a go at giving them a thumping right back out again!"

"Oh- Its not just a name...!" He started telling me why its called the troll bathroom.
I was listing to the tale with great interest. When he finished I gave a sigh a relief. "So no trolls in the castle, that's a relief." I said "I thought I heard all of the stories of the golden trio but I guess I was wrong..." I said. "I'm happy that Weasly knocked out that troll!" I added "Or Granger... Well lets not talk about what could of happen!"
I scoffed at the boy standing in front of me. " I don't think anymore trolls will get in hogwarts! The professors will not let that happen."I said with admariton, and a hint of fear. "I hate trolls" I mumbled under my breath. "
"So how do you know about the troll story?" I asked the boy. "Anyways what are you doing out here besides getting out of the common room?" I asked another question. I was starting to think I was asking to many questions. I was also uncomfortable because of my wet robes. I started to ring out some of my robes waiting for his response to my questions, Because I was ringing out my robes a semi-Large puddle formed at my feet.

"Hm. I hope the professors won't let any Trolls in!" Colin considered the old story of what happened here. Mr Weasley was just a first year like Colin then, and he defeated the Troll! "My Ma was at Hogwarts then; the Troll Story was the talk of the school, she said. But, think of it this way! They were just first years, too! And if Mr Weasley could defeat a Troll when he was no older than us, well, so can we!" Colin nodded, lost in thoughts of Troll armies invading Hogwarts. He drew his wand and pointed into the dusty bathroom. "Anyway. If any stupid old Troll comes in here again --- wingardium levioSAHHHH!"
Nothing happened. "Hm," Colin said. "Maybe I'm pronouncing it wrong or something?" He tucked his wand away with a smile. "Guess I have to work on that one!"
When Quinn asked why he was nosing around up here, Colin smiled. "Um. I was --- er --- just, you know? Looking? Around?" Colin knew he could never tell anyone the real reason why. He thought quickly. "You know: there's so much old history here? Why not poke around and see where it all happened, right?"
"But you look miserable! Maybe you should get changed into clean robes!? I - I know I need to practice my levitation charm." He laughed nervously. "I won't be fighting any Troll armies if I get that one wrong! Well, I'll see you around, then!"
And with a wave & a smile, Colin turned to head along the corridor. "I really do need to practice that charm --- levioSAAHHH! --- No, that wasn't it!"
As Colin turned the corner he cried out: "Got it! It's leviOOOHHHsa!"

"wow your mom went to hogwarts with the golden trio?!" I stated with excitement " Your right! we can beat one! if I wasn't so scared of trolls.." I told him. he tried to cas the levitation charm. But I knew her pernoused it wrong. I was going to let him figure it out on his own. He did realize he was pronouncing it wrong, But I wasn't sure if he knew how.
"Yeah I was just looking around to." I told him and I had a feeling that wasn't the reason. I'm not one to pry so if he doesn't want to say, He wont say. "I do guess your right, There is a lot of history!"
"Yes you do need to work on that charm! And I need a towel to dry off." He made a joke a bout a troll army. "Not until you practice!" I told him
